Saw lots of familiar names in this months Ultrarunner Magazine's rankings and lists of race finishers. Now I don't feel so bad that I'm still tired from trying to hang with the likes of the best age group runner in the Southeast. That long run was 3 days ago. Congrats to you all!

Oh you know, just running with one of the best ultra runners in the state..as one does..Fabulous run this morning! I did have a fall but other than that, awesome shaded pretty run with friends. Does not get much better than that!
