-tries his absolute best when comforting you, even if he gets things mixed up, or doesnt say much, just know hes there

-calms you down with words of affirmation, he'll shout, whisper, mumble things to you, just to see you calm down

-gets wayy to proud when he sees you crying(of happiness) when watching his shows, to him, it's the best compliment!

-gets mixed up when you cry out of happiness or sadness, once he sees a tear come out of your eye, he assumes the worst..

"Y-y/n..?! A-are you okay?!?!!" He asks, holding you by the shoulders, seeing you shake your head and give him an assuring smile made his heart calm down. "Happy tears? Good! The only tears i want to see from you are your happy tears!" He shouts, wrapping an arm around your shoulder.

-toya is unaware.. oblivious perhaps?

-he sees you crying, whether something bad, or good happens, still, he tries his best to cheer you up if you cried out of sadness

-at first, he doesn't know what to do, yes he'll mess things up, yes he doesn't know what to say, but!! He is trying his best!!

-toya prefers listening, so rant, yap, tell him how you feel, tell him why you cried, he'll listen to it all. Yes he'll respond with nods or "mhm's" but he really is listening

-will give advice occasionally if you asked ofcourse

-he is prepared as ever, he'll bring tissues, wet towels, handkerchiefs, you name it, he has it

-if he sees you full on breaking down, he'll give you a hug, combing your hair, patting your back, he wants you to know that he's there to listen

"Y/n? Are you okay.?" He asks, tilting his head to the side, seeing you nod and give him a warm-hearted smile, calming his nerves down. "Ah.. that's good"

Akito Shinonome

-akito doesn't like fakes, so seeing you, expressing how you truly felt, makes him happy.

-doesnt know what to do at first.. he'll be awkward at first but he'll gradually get used to it

-if he sees you crying out of sadness, immediate mi hug from him, he'll let you yell, scratch, hit, as long as you let those feelings out

-stays by your side. Have you been crying for half an hour on the bench? He'll stay, even if the sun sets, he'll not leave you alone until you have calmed down

-can easily tell if things are too much for you, one look from you, he can tell you're overstimulated or about to cry, he'll escort you immediately.

-just like tsukasa, if he sees you crying out of happiness, he'll tease you, not letting it die down

"I'm glad you liked my performance y/n- oh? Is it that good your crying?" He teases, rubbing your hair a little. "You should cry more during my performances, yknow, gotta show them how our performance reaches someone so deep it can make them cry" he added, followed by a chuckle.

WXS KAITO

-he'll always be there for you, sunset x rainy type of relationship

-hes the best with words and affection, if he sees you crying, he can cheer you up in an instant

-will bring your comfort foods, things, anything! If it meant to see you smile

-hes not only good with words, but also a good listener, he'll nod, and sometimes ask questions, or even give advice

-will hug you tight, no he wont let go, he'll hug you still, until he sees your charming smile, thats when he'll let go

-likes wiping your tears away, he'll cup your cheeks and wipe the tear off your face with his thumb.

"Shh.. its okay y/n, im here.." he says, looking at you with warm and loving eyes, waiting for you to embrace his, as you embrace him, he lets out a sigh, patting your back. "Yes, yes... -len gets how you feel, he isnt a crybaby, but he'll sort of.. understand you, resonate with you? He is a scaredy cat though

-he doesnt know what to do when he sees you crying, he'll awkwardly give you a hug and just pat your back

-does that mean he doesnt care? No! He just doesnt know how to show it well, yes he may come off as awkward but hes trying

-just like the others, he often mistakes you that youre crying from sadness, so even if you have happy tears he'll assume its sad tears

he should have known the first time he met you, you were as bubbly as bubbles from the powerpuff girls, or even more, and just like that, you've been a daydream and nightmare to him.

back when you two were friends, you kept it minimal such as asking for his permission whenever you want to hug him and even then, akito was, and still is, a flustered mess that it gets to the point that his brain is filled with you and you alone.... okay, maybe a bit of toya but, that's a bit, kay?

you know those two faces/personality octopus plushies? the ones where each side has a different expression of the octopus plushie, you two have those but quite different from the normal ones, thanks to mizuki's help, he made two plushies for the two of you. one of the sides of the octopus plushie has a '^^' expression while the other side said, 'I'm having the urge to cuddle you rn'.

so, whenever you want to cuddle this man and you're too shy to say it, just flip the octopus plushie and he'll understand. I can imagine him being the big spoon cuddling you while both of your octopus plushies are on top of your guys' head, having the "^^" expression on them.

Being a giver with far more medical knowledge than anyone could imagine, it was only natural for you to be placed on Team Front. This team worked directly under Arkha Corvus, being made up of givers with unique abilities that are suited better for tasks that help keep HQ in order while also being made up of the most responsible cleaners.

You spent your days mentoring young Eishia, teaching her practices that she hadn't already learned from Alice while also encouraging her to have confidence in her own abilities. It was rare you'd actually have to handle anything serious that her vital instrument couldn't handle, but it was better to be safe than sorry. When you weren't with Eishia you were organizing and keeping track of everyone's medical records dating all the way back to the day they first got to HQ. While the young giver's ability was best suited for healing existing ailments, you handled routine checkups, catching signs of illness before it actually happened.

Well, save for right now.

In the midst of Rudo's arrival and a run in with the Hell Guard it seems that the esteemed Arkha Corvus had overworked himself to the point of sickness. He'd been too busy to worry about his health, running off of god knows how many cups of coffee and a dream.

Which is how he ended up sitting in the infirmary with you shooting him a disapproving look.

You stood with your arms crossed, looking down at your boss (and lover) feeling far less than amused. His shoulders were slumped, heavy bags hanging below his tired eyes.

"Just how many times do I have to tell you to rest every once in a while?"

His lips twitched up into a lazy smile, one hand coming up to scratch the nape of his neck awkwardly.

"Things have been busy around headquarters lately. Don't worry about me, I'll be fine- ACHOO!"

Sighing, you rest gently the back of your hand against his forehead before withdrawing your touch to rummage through the drawers of the infirmary.

"You're abnormally warm. That and the sneezing probably means you have a common cold."

Grabbing a bottle of painkillers, you bump the drawer shut before returning to the spot in front of the sick, guilty man. You placed the bottle in his hands before cupping his face, thumb rubbing soothing circles on the apple of his cheek as he's relaxed by your touch.

"You're going up to your room to rest while I find you something warm to eat. Got it?"

He hums, one of his hands coming up to rest atop yours before he turned to press a kiss into your palm.

"Whatever you say, doctor."

Arkha Corvus was currently tucked into bed, blanket pulled all the way up over his chin while you placed a cold, wet towel over his forehead. He felt incredibly silly, like a little boy who got sick because he didn't listen when he was told not to play in the rain. Lucky for him, he had you here to ensure a speedy recovery. You had gotten him some soup and water a few moments prior, now sitting at the side of his bed with a hand resting atop his blanket-covered chest.

"I worry about you sometimes, y'know?" you confess, voice low and more gentle than your earlier scolding. "I know how capable you are and that work is important but so is taking a break."

The man sighs, feeling a bit guilty for not heeding your earlier warnings. He feels his normally tense muscles begin to relax, his body sinking deeper into the mattress while your hand gently caresses his chest, soothing him.

"You're right. I'm sorry you have to take care of me like this."

"Don't be," you reassure, leaning down to plant a kiss on his cheek.

"It's my job. Besides, what kind of partner would I be if I left you to be sick and miserable all by yourself?"

August

✦ ── August (kind of) gets it! I mean, he's always asked to make new uniforms and replace spares, but he's made sure no one rushes or bothers him again by crashing the fuck out. Want him to crash out on others for you? Because he will!

✦ ── Need some place to hide? Come to his workshop! No one will bother him when the door is closed. He'll even let you choose what's on the radio. Anytime you want to get away from others, you're welcome to hang with him!

✦ ── He keeps the peace—if you call peace annoying people till they fuck off—in your personal spaces. Someone wants to ask you for help in the dining hall? Good luck getting a word in over him. Someone knocking on your bedroom door too late? He's swinging it open and making them as uncomfortable as possible.

✦ ── Overwork yourself all you want when you're alone; you are his little people-pleaser after all. But if he is there to stop it, then he will, because people need to learn some damn boundaries. The only person allowed to bother you is him.

✦ ── You are a cleaner, so no matter what, you'll be overworked. When it can't be helped, August has a little nook for you in his workshop to destress.

"DINNER IS LOOKIN' HELLA GOOD, BABE!" Using his foot to slide the door closed behind him, he made his way to the beanbag you were curled up on, offering a plate from the dining hall.

You could still hear him through the headphones he had put on you, which were currently more for noise cancelling than music playing.

It was weird seeing him without them around his neck.

While you took your plate from his hands, he used a gloved finger to push the left speaker behind your ear.

Stealing the chair from his desk, he dragged it up closer to you so you could enjoy dinner together, plopping down with a dramatic groan. He was still shouting, though at least his volume had dropped:

"Lemme know if you want more, I'll get it for ya!"

Corvus

✦ ── It was partially his fault that you were so busy. Corvus knew what you could handle best and had a say on what Semiu assigned you. For that, he felt guilty.

✦ ── But being a cleaner was more than just missions. You were always helping others out with their personal goals, helping with training, and not to mention assisting Corvus in his research.

✦ ── So whenever you get busy with a ton of things outside of your normal purview, he may or may not slip a request to Semiu about lightening your mission load for a bit. You 'just so happen' to have days without work more frequently than anyone else.

✦ ── The office is as much yours as it is his. Anytime you need a quiet place to work, you can slip in, no questions asked. You need a desk? He'll work on the couch. You need somewhere to rest? Switch spots with him, and he'll let you use his jacket as a blanket too.

✦ ── You're both insanely busy people, but that's why he's able to appreciate all the work you put into things. He can see what you do, and he hears others praise you time and time again. What you do for the cleaners—for him—is astonishing.

"How was today?" He asked when you entered his office, watching you shut the door behind you as quietly as possible.

No words left you, but a quick glance, and he understood better than any that you were plain exhausted. Physically, emotionally, and in every other way.

Plopping onto the couch, he was at your side soon after. He lifted your head with one hand to place two fluffed throw pillows under it, gently lowering you into their comfort.

His jacket was next, draped over you with a surprising heft to it. It was similar to a weighted blanket, pushing your body further into the cushions in a comforting embrace that smelled just like your partner.

"Rest as long as you need."

Jabber

✦ ── Even after slaving away on Zodyl's 'experiments,' various missions assigned to you, and assisting the Raiders with other needs, you still gave Jabber as much of your time as you could. And dang, he appreciated the hell out of you for it!

✦ ── One of the worst parts about you being busy is that he's so damn bored! His lovely partner isn't here to keep him entertained anymore, so what is he supposed to do?

✦ ── Honestly starts going with you on missions, even if he wasn't asked, because at least he has something to do! And I mean, more chances to protect you AND fight AND give you less work? Triple win!

✦ ── Doesn't give a flying fuck if someone wants your help with something. If it isn't an order from the boss—and even then he has a hard time caring about it—then it isn't worth your time. If someone ever asks him to pass along a request, he'll purposefully not.

✦ ── Whether you like it or not, if you REALLY overdo it with extra work? He might just give you a little poke with one of his claws and give you a nice dose of tranquillizer. Be mad at him all you want; your body needs the rest.

"-so that little guy just does whatever I 'order' him to! Ain't that crazy?"

He'd been talking for the better half of an hour, fingers combing through your hair with your head resting on his lap.

Your entire body was limp, eyes half-lidded, and lips parted. Occasionally you'd begin drooling onto his pants, but he'd swipe it up with a thumb and lick it clean anytime that happened.

When he looked down, he could see you making your best attempt at a glare.

"Still mad, huh? Don't worry, if anyone's pissed, I'll take the blame. Can't have you any more stressed, right, doll?

Tamsy

✦ ── Despite the fact that you two are on the same team, you manage to get sent on far more missions than him. You also have 1/4th the days off he does, though he has more than most regardless.

✦ ── He won't tell you what to do or not to do, but he will voice his concerns frequently. Do you really need to say yes to Semiu every time? Can't someone else go? How about he fill in for you (rare, but he would if you let him!!!)?

✦ ── You, and you alone, are permitted to enter his room without asking—or ever, really. No matter how late you show up or how early you leave, you are always welcome to snuggle up with him in bed.

✦ ── If others get too demanding of you and your skills, he starts to work behind the scenes, dissuading people from asking you whenever possible. It doesn't matter to him if others are short-handed on missions or overworked, just so long as it isn't you.

✦ ── Always gets something for you in his free time to gift to you between your work. Be it a book you mentioned wanting to read, an album you like, or treats he's sure you'll enjoy. God PERMITTING you have a day off together, he'll treat you to a really nice day-long date.

"You've been busy all week, so it's started to accumulate." He seemed the least bit concerned about it, however.

The smug smile never left his face as he gestured with an oversized sleeve to the pile of bags on his dresser.

Each was from a different shop; some you recognized, and others you'd never seen. Sweets, accessories, magazines, anything that reminded him of you.

"Go through them at your own pace, though I'd start here." He pulled a small container with macaroons out of one smaller bag. "Best today while they're fresh, don't you think?"

Gris: Hand

Such a gentleman ❤️. I see Gris being someone who would kiss his partner's scars. The most, of course, being your hands. Even if your Jinki—or whatever weapon you use—is not handheld, you still manage to get scraped by debris and shattered trash beast armor. Bandaged by strong hands and soothed by slightly chapped lips and soft goatee; God, I'm melting just thinking about it. When his strong hands just engulf yours in one swallow, capable of warming your fingertips because his internal heat is so much higher than yours. Lying on the hospital bed, you could feel the warmth radiating from his hands or his lips pressed against your palms as if he were praying for your survival. He's such a sweetheart. 

Follo: Nose, Forehead, Mouth

Oh my gosh, him~ 🤧. He makes me giggle and kick my feet. 19 years old and yet the only crush he had was probably that girl from his childhood. While Follo has little romance experience, it's not as bad as Rudo or Zanka. Follo would definitely do Eskimo kisses/nose nuzzles. He'd kiss your nose as an excuse to warm it up, but it just turns into a casual thing, like after you give him a gift or you've finished a chore. He kisses your forehead when you're distressed or you had a nightmare; seeing you in pain only multiplies his ache. But the real passion comes into play when he kisses your lips. He never thought he was a good kisser, but there's some so...good, something warm, something intense of just colliding his lips with yours, sloppily making out not because of lust (well...maybe 😏), but because he just ain't good at it. Mistakes are human, and, me personally, I do NOT care how good you're "supposed" to be at kissing, just as long as you love me dearly.

Tomme: Cheek, Hand

Simple girlie. ✨Highly underrated girlie✨. Tomme doesn't really express physical affection that much; she's probably more of a "words of affirmation" person, but kisses are exchanged commonly. Mainly your cheek when you greet each other, a small peck on your inner cheek, maybe at the junction of your nose. Hand kisses are when you're more intimate, those moments when you're in a daze, lost in your thoughts, but not moving a single muscle because your brain's fogged with random thoughts and fuzz. She kisses your hand because their just involuntarily intertwined with each other, and she, too, is a little tired. 

Amo: Cheek, Mouth
