"yeah...." she uttered, "i supposed." she awkwardly ended.

'now's not the time, (name)! if you even have a red tint in your cheeks, you aren't getting that luxurious dinner!' (name) mentally said.

the little rascal even had the audacity to let out a charming chuckle, partnering it with a grin, "you're quite different when out of the meeting, chief staff operative." he commented, "almost like a different person."

(name) cleared her throat, "i maintain a strict and firm composer in a meeting room to not embarrassed her majesty."

"you really are devoted, huh?" lohen hums, gazing down at the many merch of the tsaritsa she has on her bag and id lanyard, "even barbara isn't THAT devoted to barbatos."

"well, that's ashamed." (name) arrogantly commented, "then again, barbatos IS the weakest archon in teyvat history. i wouldn't be surprised that no one is as devoted as me to her majesty because of the fact that i—"

she continued talking.

and talking.

"...—which is why I personally think the Snezhnaya Department deserves the largest pavilion during the festival. naturally, her majesty's accomplishments should be displayed prominently. I've already prepared a twelve-page proposal explaining why the centerpiece should be an ice sculpture inspired by the zapolyarny palace, though pantalone insisted we lower the budget by twelve percent—"

lohen hadn't heard a single word after her majesty. not because he wasn't listening, but because he couldn't stop looking at her. the way her eyes sparkled whenever she spoke about something she genuinely loved.

the way her hands unconsciously moved to emphasize each point, animated despite the composed image she carried in meetings. the way the corners of her lips curved upward ever so slightly whenever she praised the tsaritsa.

it was... endearing.

dangerously so. she looked so alive when talking about her majesty.

"...and if anyone suggests replacing the ice sculptures with balloons again, I may actually lose my composure because balloons simply don't capture her majesty's elegance, don't you think?"

"...mm."

"...also, I own seventy-three pieces of tsaritsa merchandise."

"...mm."

"I've attended every snezhnayan cultural exhibit since my first year."

"I may or may not have cried when her majesty waved at me during last year's founder's ceremony."

(name) paused, "...are you even listening?" she asked, raising an eyebrow at him.

lohen blinked, finally pulled back to reality. "...I am."

she narrowed her eyes at him, "then what did I just say?" she challenged him.

without missing a beat, he smiled. "I think..." he said softly, "you have the prettiest smile I've seen all day."

silence.

"..."

(name)'s brain promptly blue-screened while chanting in her head the following:

'the dinner.'

'think about the dinner.' she abruptly looked away, clearing her throat far louder than necessary, "t-that wasn't what I said." she stated, trying to be serious.

"I know." lohen smiled, "but it's what I noticed." he continued.

for the first time that afternoon, lohen watched as the chief staff operative of the fatui lose her serious composer into a disbelief one.

he had never won a battle that felt quite this rewarding.

"ehem!" (name) coughs, interrupting lohen's thoughts. "excuse me, i must get going now." she said as she packs her stuff.

lohen, despite being upset that their time is now ending, gave her a nod, "seems like the chief staff is quite busy with the festival."

"of course," (name) nodded. before leaving, she turns back to lohen, "i live up to the discipline of both the knave and the captain, if i fail those reguirments, then i am nothing but a fragile snowflake." and she left.

lohen stared at her back as she fades away into the campus, into the sea of students.

silence followed after her departure.

lohen's gaze lingered on the doorway long after she'd vanished from sight, as though expecting her to walk back in.

a small smile tugged at the corners of his lips, " a fragile snowflake?" he let out an amused chuckle, shaking his head to himself.

"no..." his eyes drifted toward the window, where tiny white petals from the flowering trees outside danced in the afternoon breeze.

"snowflakes are only called fragile because people never stop to admire how beautifully they're made." he rested his chin against his hand, the smile on his face growing softer.

"but to me," lohen started, "even if you melted a thousand times, I'd still wait for winter just to see you again."

for someone who claimed to be nothing more than a fragile snowflake, she had unknowingly become the strongest force in his heart.

tom's first day of college for me, wish me luck<3

"alright, the meeting with the other department is approaching." jean, who was seated at the head table, announced.

"i expect everyone on their well-mannered selves," jean then eyed her vice-captain, "you too, lohen." she firmly warned.

to which the vice-captain, who just came back from the 'bathroom', let out a chuckle, "trust me, jean, i'm gonna be well behaved throughout this meeting." he promised, "if i do, i'll treat venti to lunch tomorrow."

"that's the first time you've offer such a thing, vice-captain." noelle commented, throughout her first journey here, she never saw the vice-captain of the student council act with such kindess... well, unless he has other underlying motives then that's another story for tomorrow.

"well, there's a first in everything, kiddo. you learned that from me." lohen grins.

one by one, the representatives began to arrive, each accompanied by the supervisor of their respective department. the once quiet conference hall gradually filled with conversation as students greeted one another, exchanged polite nods, and took their assigned seats around the long conference table.

the first to arrive was the liyue department. ningguang entered alongside keqing, both carrying neatly organized folders as zhongli followed close behind. ever composed, the former president of the liyue department acknowledged the room with a courteous nod before taking his seat.

not long after came the inazuma department. kamisato ayato led the delegation with kujou sara and hiiragi chisato at his side, while yae Miko trailed leisurely behind them, offering an amused smile that left several representatives wondering what exactly she found so entertaining.

the doors opened once again to welcome the sumeru department. alhaitham walked in with a stack of documents tucked beneath one arm, cyno following closely behind, while nahida greeted everyone warmly before encouraging her representatives to settle in.

soon after, the fontaine department made their entrance. neuvillette, furina, and navia exchanged courteous greetings with the other departments before quietly taking their places, their arrival bringing with it the refined elegance fontaine was known for.

the natlan department arrived next with muivika, mulani and xilonen, their presence considerably livelier than the others. animated conversations filled the room before they had even reached their seats, earning nothing more than an amused sigh from xilonen, who had long since grown accustomed to their boundless energy.

finally, the conference hall doors opened one last time.

silence settled almost instinctively.

leading the snezhnaya department was (Name) (Last Name), a neatly organized binder tucked beneath one arm as she stepped into the room with quiet confidence. beside her walked the department's representatives, while signora and arlecchino followed just behind, their dignified presence commanding attention without so much as a word.

with practiced professionalism, (Name) scanned the room before offering the hosts a respectful nod.

"apologies for the delay," she said politely. "the snezhnaya department appreciates your patience."

and that's where lohen began to be on his best manners.

it should have been simple for the green haired fairy to keep the twins in checked while his wife is out on errands.

but at the same time, this is the same green haired fairy who finds joy from time-to-time in the twins' sorrows and pain after their wishes became too much to handle for them.

"(name), my love! uhm, you're back!" he said while he, alongside the twins, are wrapped around giant spider webs caused by the giant spiders that the twins wished for.

just how did this even happen in the first place?

"alright, i'll be running some errands in fairy world," (name) announced to the twins as well as to her husband. "do NOT create nonsense while i'm gone." she reminded them, giving a glare to the green haired fairy, "i'll be expecting a clean and tidy room when i get back, lohen.."

the green haired fairy gave her his usual sharp grin, "of course, bunbun! we'll be well behaved while you do your little fairy duties, right, kiddos?" he turned to the twins.

both the blonde twins nodded with a smile, "yeah! we'll be behaving, (name)!" lumine said.

aether nodding along, "yeah, yeah! we'll be on our best behavior."

despite the confirmations, (name)'s brow was still raised as if doubting their words (and for good reasons). "are you three sure?"

lohen nodded, "don't worry, bun! i'll keep an eye on our little troublemakers. are you doubting me?"

"yes. yes, i am."

"ouch, still so harsh on your love, bun?"

(name) just let out a reluctant sigh before getting her wand out, "fine, but if i catch you three red handed──!!"

"yup, yup, got it, bunbun! see 'ya later!" lohen quickly ushered her out by using his wand instead, teleporting his wife to fairy world.

once she was gone, lohen turned to the twins with a grin, "alright, kiddos, what are we wishing for today?"

"we want to have a real experience for the new 3d horror movie!" aether immediately answered with lumine continuing, "yeah! the 3d glasses aren't doing the movie justice! it's too plain and boring, lohen."

lohen chuckles, twirling his wand, "well, well, well, seems like you're lucky to have a fairy odd parent like me! unlike our bossy (name)...." he boasted.

the twins blinked at him for a moment, his boastful expression then turned into nervous one, "don't tell (name) i said she's bossy, kiddos."

"we won't unless you grant our wish." aether negotiated rather proudly while lumine handed lohen the said 3d movie.

"alrighty! wish away, kiddos!" lohen said as he skimps through the synopsis of the 3d movie from its back, "woah, giant spiders as the main scare factor. totally original.." he commented, chuckling at himself as the feeling of excitement fills his adrenaline.

surely his wife won't catch them, right? they'll be quick with this.

and that's where he was wrong about, once the wish was granted, the giant main scare factor spider made the reeyn household turned from a happy and comfortable household (minus the evil babysitter hu tao that the twins' parents hired whenever they're out) to a real-life haunted house.

hence why when (name) poofs back to household, she wasn't surprised upon seeing the twins and her husband wrapped around in human size spider webs while the said main scare factor giant spider was inching closer and closer to them, ready for its main meal.

"bun, uhm, why won't you help us?" lohen asked, giving his wife sheepish smile. his wand was also caught by the spider web so it's all on (name) if she wants to save these three idiots or not.

(name) rolled her eyes, crossing her arms together, "i don't know, love. what am i getting out of this if i help out?"

"i'll rub your feet!"

"hm.."

"i'll massaged your shoulders!"

"hmm..."

"i'll be on time out!"

"hmmm...."

as lohen was trying to come up with another offer, the twins meanwhile were scared as the spider was now in front of their faces, "(name)!!" they both cried out.

(name) let out a sigh before flying up to the spider, "get away from my fairy god kids, you disgusting spider!" she yelled as her wand became a giant hammer.

the spider's face went from evil proud to 'uh oh' in a minute as the giant hammer made contact with its face, causing it to go up, making a hole in the roof as it flew far, far, far away.

meanwhile, (name) turned her wand back to its orginal form before poofing the spider webs to disappearing from thin air. both the twins cheered, "yay! thank you for saving us, (name)!"

"i still am disappointed in you three." (name) glared at the three.

"aww, come on, bunbun." lohen coos, "me and kiddos are sorry for misbehaving──"

"you three ebtter be or i'll personally feed you to the giant spider again." (name) said as she holds her wand up, poofing the giant spider back into the room to scare the three.

the twins let out a scream before hiding behind lohen who nervously smiled at (name), "we'll be reminded, bun, don't worry."

she simply rolled her eyes before flinging the spider once again. though before she can scold the three there, a gentle voice came from downstairs.

"lumine! aether! are you two there? mom and dad will handle the spider!!"

"oh no!" aether gasped, forgetting the fact that they caused an angry mob because of the giant spider.

(name) immediately used her wand to fix everything that twins' wish caused before turning her and lohen into their disguise, bunnies, green and (color) bunnies as their parents bust the door open hurled with weapons in their arms.

"where's the spider!?" varka, the twins' father, asked as he looks around frantically with his pitch fork.

but all the twins' parents can see was their room being so cleaned and tidy, no presence of the giant spider that held the twins hostage. even their bunnies were in their arms.

"well, i'll be, seems like the spider isn't here." nicole stated, calming down.

"mr. diluc took care of it, mom, dad." lumine suddenly said, aether nodding along.

varka glared at no one and muttered, "ragnvindr..."

on the other hand, the green bunny was poking the (color) bunny and in response, she hits him with her ear.

nothing to see here, mr. and mrs. turner. absolutely nothing.

i'm gonna start collage next week, well, orietation ofc. hopefully, i'll have time to update this huhu also, there's correction in the "I've found her." it's supposed to be a dot not a question mark.

a sigh left out of the girl as she shakes her head before putting her phone in her pocket. ‘right, go to mr. pulcinella’s office to receive the portfolios and the schedule.’

teyvat university, a unique university since these aren’t just normal departments, these are actually different universities merged into one large campus. It was a miracle from the gods above as what locals or outsiders commented if they were asked about teyvat university.

due to the fact that each department represents a different nation of teyvat—and with a student population comparable to that of a small country—the university administration quickly realized that a single student affairs organization would be impossible to manage effectively. after much deliberation, the founders and deans of the seven departments unanimously agreed to establish independent student affairs organizations for each nation, allowing every department to govern its own students according to its customs, traditions, and administrative style while still operating under teyvat University's central administration. 

these organizations oversee student welfare, discipline, events, interdepartmental relations, and extracurricular activities within their respective departments, ensuring that each nation's unique identity is preserved while maintaining harmony across the university as a whole.

These organizations are called by their perspective names, such as;

Mondstadt Department, Knights of Favonius Student Council.

Liyue Department, Liyue Qixing Student Council.

Inazuma Department, Tri-Commission Student Council (Yashiro Commission • Tenryou Commission • Kanjou Commission).

Sumeru Department, Akademiya Student Council.

Fontaine Department, Maison Gardiennage Student Council.

Natlan Department, War Council Student Affairs.

Shezhnaya Department, Fatui Organization.

Despite being in different departments, the department’s founders also created the Central Student Affairs Council. the CSAC serves as the bridge and communicates between all of the departments to each other whenever they need help from another department or a scene was made and needs the opinions of other departments to come to the final conclusion.

“mr. pulcinella! it’s me, (Name)!” she announced after knocking on her advisor’s office door. of course, every council has their advisor to guide its student council members.

“come in, child.” was the reply from inside of the office.

with a quiet hum, (Name) entered inside of the chilling yet warm at the same time office of pulcinella. the old man was there, sitting on his office chair while his desk was neatly organized with two portfolios as well as a laminated schedule for this month.,

“mr. pulcinella, i came here for the portfolios and the schedule for the seven nations festival preparation.” (Name) stated, knowing that mr. pulcinella would prefer going straight to the point.

pulcinella nodded, gathering her requested things. “I was wondering why you were taking a tad long time, child.”

“ah, i apologies, mr. pulcinella. I admit i almost forgot about it if it weren’t for father to remind me about it in the group chat.” she sheepishly admitted as she accepted the portfolios and schedule.

pulcinella mused, “and here i thought i should be forgetting things since my age.”

“mr. pulcinella..”

“kidding , dear child. kidding.” 

“you don’t sound like it…”

it was late in the afternoon and around that time, lohen— vice captain of the knights of favonious, though he still wonders why he was even elected as vice captain by dean varka— was, as usual, lazing around in the k.o.f office after finishing a sparring session in the fencing club in mondstadt department despite being it earlier at around 2:30pm and he should have been checking around to inspect the preparations for the seven nations festival.

he should be working right now, or else jean— the president of the knights of favonious— will surely scold him about being a representative of the monstadt department and all that shaz sham but it’s only a tiny break, right?

“670… 671… 672.. 673..” lohen murmured, slowly but surely accepting his drowsiness.

a sleep break won’t hurt, no?

surely.

“her majesty’s nose is asymmetrical. shift the entire sculpture west!”

a sudden boom of a firm yet passionate voice being said in a megaphone was heard down the campus’ that resulted into lohen’s sleep bubble being popped and him being jolted back to the living.

“what the hell..?” lohen muttered, annoyed by the person who just woke him up from his deserving break nap.

he’ll surely ask for a spar with this person to teach them a lesson. annoying little thing.

“no, no, no! move it again going a bit towards north! i will not have her majesty’s statue bowing down to the anemo archon!”

that voice ordered again, quite frequently. as if the tsaritsa is watching their every move.

“by seven’s christ, just who is this person?” lohen wondered, rubbing his forehead.

with a sigh of exasperation, lohen approached the window, curiosity outweighing his frustration. whoever was making such a racket this late in the afternoon was about to receive an earful—if not challenge—  from him.

or so he thought.

years later, he'd look back on that moment and laugh at himself. the instant he glanced out the window, his entire train of thought came to a screeching halt. his eyes widened, his breath caught in his chest, and the irritation that had fueled him moments before melted away, replaced by something far more dangerous.

there were beautiful people at teyvat university, yes. lohen had met plenty of them. but beauty had never been enough to make him stop walking. 

she did. 

it wasn't because she was standing beneath the winter sunlight, nor because the crystalline ice sculptures reflected in her eyes. it was because she stood at the center of absolute chaos as though she had been born for it. a single gesture from her sent dozens of people into motion. a single glance was enough to make someone correct their mistake before she even spoke. she carried herself with the confidence of a commander and the composure of someone who knew exactly where she belonged.

lohen had always admired strength—the kind that stood firm when everything else threatened to fall apart. and there she was, directing an entire festival with nothing but a megaphone, a blueprint, and unwavering conviction in her voice. before he could stop himself, a dangerous thought settled into his mind with alarming certainty: there she is. as if every path he'd taken had somehow led him to this exact moment. as if, without ever exchanging a single word, he'd already met the love of his life.

PANTALONE, 4th Year | Finance Committee President ⧽ Can somehow make any budget work, provided it benefits Snezhnaya in the process. Treats University funds like investment portfolios and refuses to explain why the Fatui Organization always has the nicest event booths.

SANDRONE, 3rd Year | Engineering Society President ⧽ Prefers machines over people and isn't subtle about it. Can build almost anything, including automated displays for campus events, but still insists humans are the least efficient part of every project.
