Chapter 1: Joel's Daughter

Riding through the country side with your father was awkward to say the least, you could feel the bumping of the wheels over pot holes and uneven terrain.

He was silent scared to say something and sour the ride, and you were content with keeping it that way. The emotions bubbling whenever you turned his way was obvious - even to him - he could tell that you were upset and still fragile since everything happened.

Your parents had recently separated, it was horrible and nasty, leaving you torn in pieces. Your mother had never been there in your life, constantly neglecting you, stealing from your father and partying her life away. Her reasoning for her actions was that she had you so young and now that you were a teenager she could run off and have fun, "relive her youth" she said... Your father hated how she acted, her lies, and her manipulation she constantly used towards anyone who dared to call her out. Although all this he never left her, opting to keep your mother in your life knowing he couldn't parent himself, naively thinking you needed her even though she wasn't there.

"um so is your friend's kid nice?" you broke the silence, as curiosity had finally taken over Your father taken aback by this question fumbles to put his words together, clearly startled. "Well yeah I've meet her a couple times and she's a peach, i little bit of a rebel but hey i am also sitting with one so who am i to judge..." he chuckled lightly at the last line. He was so weird sometimes, using words like rebel, gosh he was old. When he glanced at you through the review mirror an amused expression had been plastered on your face. It was like all the tension that was once consuming the car had suddenly gone; he always had a way of doing that. "Well i guess that's pretty great dad" a small smiled perked from your lips.

Three hours and many pit stops later you had finally made it to Jacksonville - the famous backwards town - although people called it that it was just like any other town except for the overwhelming 80's nostalgia. It was like a pocket it time, the buildings, posters and even the way people dressed was reminiscent of the late 80's fashion style but mixed wit a modern style too, it was certainly unique.

Your eyes scanned the streets as you drove past, soaking in every little detail. This was so different from where you were from - the bussing people, loud cars and random chaos - no this was so much more different, peaceful even. It was fascinating honestly. After a couple turns the two of you had made it to your father's best friends home. You learnt on the ride over that he was a single father, raising his daughter ellie who according to her father was sometimes a handful. You were doing to be staying there for the summer while your dad finalized the divorce and got his life back on track. His best friend had offered to take you in for the summer since he understood how hard it would be for your father to begin raising you on his own for the first time.

When you and your father pulled up to their house they were already waiting outside. It was around 6pm so the sun had already began setting, an pink hue was draped across the sky in the most beautiful way. The clouds has softened closely resembling cotton candy. Your dad walked out first, clearly excited to see his long time buddy. They greeted one another made a stupid joke and chuckled together, but you weren't focused on that.

The first thing that caught your eye was a rigid figure, she has short hair that matched the framing of her face. She was wearing a Limp bizkit shirt that was to big that she looked almost lost inside it, and shorts that were barely visible and.... no shoes. She was definitely strange but she was absolutely mesmerizing, especially with how the soft light of the setting sun hit her face. It looked straight out of a movie scene. But soon your borderline gawking had caught up to you because she was now staring straight at you and it was nerve racking but at the same time she was so mesmerizing that you couldn't look away. You got out, taking a deep breath and taking in the atmosphere this town built. When you went over to great Joel he quickly joked, "woah! Tom is this your kid?? She looks huge last time i saw her she was shitting herself non stop" he turned to your father - tom - offering a hefty laugh as your father tagged along. They were such platonic soulmates and it made you happy seeing him like this after years of him being miserable.

Nonetheless you gave Joel a strange face, slightly annoyed but appreciating the effort at a conversation. "I'm just pulling you leg kid, no need to get all serious" Your features softened after that, something about him was so welcoming yet not so... it was hard to put a finger on it. He was quite intimidating...

You were sitting on the couch while you watched Ellie head towards her room, Joel and your father and gone out for a bit said they needed to watch up; they thought living you alone with Ellie would give you two time to get to know each other since you would be sharing a space for a couple weeks.

So that's what lead you to this moment, the two of you awkwardly sitting beside each other on the couch. Up till know she hasn't spoken a word other then "hey, i'm ellie" which isn't much, and of course you didn't say too much either; too consumed with anxiety to lead the conversation. Ellie finally caught up to the fact that if she wanted to get know you she was going to have to start.

"So...my dad said you were from outta town but he didn't really say where..." she dragged the question out a little pointed look, clearly waiting for an answer. "Oh um i'm from New York, loud and you know how it is" you trailed off, intimidated by her gaze. She was creeping you out with the unwavering look she gave you. It was like she was scanning you up and down trying to figure out what kinda person you were. "So a city girl in the bum crack of nowhere, pretty funny huh, that's so cliche." Ellie giggled to her self, very amused by this situation. Leaning back against the couch, the tension in her body all shaken off. Oddly enough hearing her giggle somehow calmed you down, immediately you defensive walls lowered as you two continued to converse.

You filled her in with the bare bones explanation, not wanting to fully expose your self to someone else you just meet.

"Wow I thought that was the type of shit that only happens in movies" a slight joking tone peaking through Ellie's lips. "What divorces?" You glared at her in joking disbelief, because how in the world is that anyhow unlikely?! There was a beat of silence before she spoke again. "No, i mean a pretty city girl from outta town visiting a small town for the summer" you scoffed at that. "Like some Bella swan shit!" You gave her a pointed stare then she continued "you know like twilight the movie with the two guys pining over the most average girl?" You immediately scoffed, "so i'm an average girl huh" Ellie's grin slowly melted off and she seemed panicked by what she said, immediately sinking into the coach. "NO! Um no but like in the movie she uh movies into a small city for a couple months.... sorry I didn't mean to offend you" Her voice was slightly higher, obviously more panicked. You were just kidding and she took it so serious. Gosh was she precious, you felt so bad for stressing her out. "i was just teasing relax" you giggled as you spoke amusement clearly spread across your face. Ellie on the other had just stared at you with this expression you could make out. "oh, well anyway it's getting late so i'm going to head to bed now" you glances at your watch as it read only 8pm, wow time had past quite a bit since you arrived an hour ago. "oh okay, goodnight i guess" ellie was already heading out the living room, she didn't' even bother responding. Gosh you must've really pissed her off which wasn't exactly ideal, since you did find her weirdly attractive. Like in a cute nerdy way.

Rumi is constantly being pampered by zoey and mira. She honestly loves it! Having constant kisses from her girlfriends felt like heaven, especially cuddling, which was the best part of a long, stressful day.

Rumi who says the most suggestive things without realizing it, which drives her girlfriends crazy. For example....

Zoey: AYO WHAT THE HELLL

Rumi: Huh? what??

Mira: What??? do NOT play dumb rn

Rumi: i didn't say anything... at least not out loud

Zoey and Mira side eye each other

Mira: Oh yeah, TOTALLY

it had been 2 days since we had hooked up, it was absolute bliss, it felt like finally being able to fly. Katuski's lips on mine and his hands in my hair, i really didn't want it to end. It was a selfish thought to want him all to myself when i knew he wasn't opening to dating anyone much less me... a trans dude. A good friend but never his.

Sometimes i wish he would pay attention to me like he did to Midoriya....i know it's selfish, i mean they've know each other for longer than i have i just...

it wouldn't mater anymore, I'm not even sure if we were friends anymore. When i had woken up he was already up looking down a me as he got dressed.

He just went on like we had just had some silly sleepover, like we hadn't just explored each others body with such passion and yearning.

For the past 2 days his been acting so....normal... it was honesty freaking me out, so that's why i was rushing to his dorm room the second the bell rang that school was over because i wasn't going to give a chance for him to run away and avoid questions like he usually does when confronted with his emotions.

I got to his dorm before him and decided to let myself in which isn't something too unusually since we regularly let ourselves in  each others dorm but for some reason this time felt to much different. I felt like a creep as i sat on his bed eventually laying down so i could smell his pillows, which just like i had thought smelt like his shampoo & conditioner he always used.

I got up immediately after realizing how weird it would be if katsuki walked in on me doing that and opted for sitting as his desk while fiddling with my fingers, desperately trying to figure out what to say and not freak him out...

He walked in and without even thinking i blurted out "we need to talk because we can't keep pretending like this never happened, i just don't understand how you can be so okay after that..." 

He just stared at me for longer than i expected, he didn't make an attempt to run away or making excuses. He just stood there a painful look in his eyes.

"it has to be this way, i just can't with you" his voice had a weird tone to it, like he was forcing it out of himself. He made an attempted to walk out the room but i grabbed his wrist, it can't end like this

"why not, i like you and it's pretty damn obvious you like me so what's with this push and pull?" 

he turned to me, slightly shocked like he hadn't expected me to reach out to him and stop him from leaving or saying what i had.

"maybe I'm wrong but i just want you to look at me the same way you look at Midoriya, I'm tired of doing everything to make you happy when you treat my like crap every time. No matter what i do you always end up running back to him, leaving me feeling like crap. Now we're hooked up which i DIDN'T EVEN INNITIATE and your treating me like....normal... i can't do this with you i-"

It was like my mouth had mind of it's own because it would listen to reason, i was making absolutely no sense and kat's face was showing that. i hadn't mean to say all that and now i was in deep shit... he's totality going to ditch now if he wasn't before. If only i could keep my stupid mouth shut!! There was no going back now so i just let the last of my thoughts out

"how can we go back to being friends when we just shared a bed?? make that make sense to me, please"

Mira is super protective over rumi and zoey

She literally eyes them whenever they interact with fans, even though they have security she still watches to make sure non of the fans cross rumi or zoeys boundaries.

Mira is constantly walking into the bathroom without knocking because in her own words "i've already seen everything there is to see"

Mira is insanely good at video games but tones it down for zoey since she's just so cute and mira loves seeing her giggle and smile whenever she wins while for rumi, mira likes to shit talk a lot and agitate her a little because she's just so hot she's mad/frustrated. Ofcourse in the end she gives in and lets her win.

They both know mira does but dont care because at least they win :)
