“-- eh..? s-sorry...what did you say your name was..?” she tilts her head in confusion, wondering if what she heard was right. at first, she had thought her own name was called. however, remembering that she hasn’t introduced herself yet, she only became more puzzled.

so you could imagine how she felt upon meeting the u’s member face to face. speechless, ruby finds herself cupping her mouth with her hand. “y..you’re...are you..?” she sounds in disbelief, despite knowing well enough who was in front of her.

“ -- eek! I-I’m sorry, I wasn’t watching -- I was just...w-well...” caught by the gem, ruby found herself stuttering in defense. she hadn’t meant to watch, by all means. but when she heard singing in the distance, she couldn’t help but stop by to listen in out of appreciation for music.
