We have decided that effective immediately we are going to shut down the Brew & Chew for the next two weeks or longer if need be! Many of us here, have loved ones with underlying health conditions, that if they were to get infected by this virus, they most likely will not survive! It is for this reason we felt we need to stay home and do our part to stop this virus from continuing to spread as fast as it is projected to do! That being said we will update everyone as things develop and when we will re-open. February's Sandwich Of The Month: After ordering an authentic Philly Cheesesteak from Tony Luke's in Philadelphia I felt Inspired to do my take on that famous sandwich......So I took a Choice Ribeye, then I shaved it and seasoned it up & sautéed it with Onions & Red Bell Peppers, then I poured our B&C Cheddar Jack Cheese Sauce on top of all that and put it on our Hoagie Bun and thus The Philadelphia was created!
