I disconnect from people so quickly. Cherish me while you have me fr bc once I’m mentally checked out, there’s no coming back.

Unfortunately, I do give up on people. You can’t drain me, disappoint me, and take from me while expecting me to keep showing up for you.

the version of you from five years ago would be genuinely amazed by what you’ve handled since then. sit with that for a second

I find people’s lack of depth really disappointing

the saddest thing is when disappointment starts feeling normal
