Grandpa Ben came through unexpectedly today. He just said that "You were right on correct about my mother and her ways (referring to her mean attitude, spiteful spirit, and how she hated people), her Indian tribe (Algonquin) and my dad (being French). I can't believe your accuracy, my dear. The things you have written about her and our family have been great - please continue to keep our family alive. The Thorp's are not long survivors physically so maybe we can be famous in the annals and torrents of spirit?"

Odd terms grandpa! He was a very smart guy who liked playing with words. I must of got that from him! Love messing with words. :) This may look trivial but it means a lot to me. He doesn't often speak this way, so I treasure it! And boy...I got his nose, and so did my dad. Lol!
