A World Inverted - Philomena
Philomena was a rare breed. Very few vampires still roamed the earth. Having been turned so many years ago she’d seen the rise and fall of civilizations, and had even witness the extinction of shadowhunters. All demons left their plane of existence, downworlders dwindled and suddenly she was more alone than she could have imagined.
She had spent years traveling, hunting animals and occasionally robbing a blood bank if she was bored. Phil had always loved to travel, but she got to the point where she felt as if she’d seen everything. Not knowing what to do she returned to the UK.
There she met with the few downworlders that still existed, not that any were doing much, except pretending they didn’t exist. After a conversation with an old warlock friend of hers she decided to open up shop.
Even after all her years, her old seamstress (Bella)’s teachings stayed with her. So, Phil quickly went about making a name for herself in the fashion industry. While her business is well renowned, her face is not. She stays away from camera’s as much as she can, and makes her PR people handle gala’s and runway shows, as to not draw suspicion about her looks.
Phil enjoys this life, however she misses when there was a place for her kind. Now, she feels lost.
