Getting to know nature

Starting from this one. I like how the ice looks and mirrors in the river. The trees close the scene nicely. Im not that sure about how wide this scene is. Maybe more zoomed look would be better? Idk. The exposure is too dark and I havent figured out how to edit only part of an image and not whole thing. Editing is very very new to me so I have no idea what Im doing.

It took me so long to edit this one. I did my first every bracketed photo. Idk how I like the way the clouds look. Or are the colors too strong. I used all my nights braincells to this

The mushroom was very tiny and I dont own a macro lens so Im very surprised how well focused this picture is. Mushrooms are gross and pretty at the same time. I had actual fun when photographing this mushroom (and others that didnt make the cut). I think it shows that I took my time and enjoyed the process at the time and the editing process. Of course Im never actually happy at what I have done, but sometimes I think I just need to shut up and let myself be a beginner and learn from the experience. It is okay to be mid

Today again I got frustrated by my lack of creativity. I was tired and hangry so that didnt help. I spent a good amount of time arranging the wood peace I found next to plant. I think this is blueberry plant. Idk I suck at regonizing plants. This is what it is. Im not happy but not too dissapointed either. Its just nothing special which does bit anger me. Angers me that Im not good. I got these very black and white thoughts and feelings. Having a ”bad” photo trip means Im bad, Im bad at everything, nothing in life is good, I hate myself. These obviously arent productive thoughts but these feel like my reality in these moments

Spring warmth

Oh well, not every walk is successful, but it is still very worth it.
