So looking it up, harpies come from Greek mythology and they were described as basically being a vulture so I looked vultures in Greece and out of them I picked a cinereous vulture :D

I love bearded vultures but I’m going to use that design for another character

I got inspired to do this after seeing the drawing dump you did that had a snippet of his backstory. I love he’s kind of like morally grey? I don’t know if that’s the right word for him but it’s like he fucked up massively not being there for his wife and he’s still struggling with that guilt?? I love pained detectives as characters too, I have like three of my own that come to mind lol

I was originally going to do a comic of him kind of pacing around the office as the messages went but I went with this instead. I hope I did him justice and I hope you can read my handwriting.
