Help! I'm Trapped in Here

A projector near the entrance greets me with a hologram of Dr. Spaghetti, the new reality TV show about a surgeon made entirely of sentient spaghetti who does brain surgery on unwilling hosts. Screaming fills the air, and marinara sauce (to represent blood) splatters across the hologram’s body as the noodles gyrate violently.

I made a trigger list! It states the general triggers, but also has a chapter by chapter breakdown, so you can see what each chapter holds, and a summary if you want to skip them

For example, Tongue in Cheek and Its Easier Not to Be Here have Keith being Keith (assault, physical and sexual) , so you can skip those chapters but read the summary to still know what important lore may have happened!
