sooo i take back what i said in my last post.
I have a calorie restriction goal/calendar for the month of june but ofc things haven’t gone as planned. i’ve calculated all the cals i’ve ate so far in the past few days, including today. then i adjusted the cals for the rest of the month so that the end total calories for the month is still the same as the original: 14,000 cals
my boyfriend says “that’s not how it works” and idk maybe it doesn’t. but if my original goal in the calendar was 14,000 for the entire month and i still get that same number at the end then it doesn’t matter the specifics of each day since the big overall is still the same. right ?
do i sound dumb or does it make sense? pls be honest 😭
