I have no idea how blogging works but I gave it a chance today. I exist on various social media platforms and I mainly do it to scream about my obsessions. My main Internet profession is being a writer on ao3. I'm MysticalVirion there and I mainly write for Lawlu and Zosan. Though, I've written for a few fandoms as well such as Kimetsu no Yaiba, Spy x Family, ClassicaLoid, and Bungo Stray Dogs.

My obsessions vary a lot, i haven't the slightest idea how I keep track of them. One moment, I'm hyperfixated on Mozart, then Kunikida Doppo, then on Trafalgar Law. I'm so sorry, it knows no bounds.

Heyo~ It's Rosie xdxd back with a new brainrot product.

It's basically a time travel fix-it fic, where we'll go back in time and try to do things the characters weren't able to do in the og time/universe. Some characters will be brought to life (gasp), but of course, not everything will happen smoothly. Things are vastly different, too.

MCD tag because both of them will die in the story but will live again on the new timeline. It's a really important tag to put in the main content warning tags as it will talk about the character's death extensively.

The main theme of the fic is grief and how it's processed by different people. In here, Luffy's grief is central.

I also played a lot with Norse mythology and Christian religious symbolisms. The sun and moon theme is also recurring because! Literally! This is LawLu!

There are other ships in the side, too, but you have to squint hard to see them hehe.

Behehe after a century I am back here because I need to post these things. These are doodles which would be featured in a new fic of mine! gonna talk about it later but yea~

recently watched a kdrama titled, "냄새를 보는 소녀" (the girl who sees smells). I took a peek cuz it had the trope i was currently writing.

The main female lead (오초림/최은설) can see scents due to the effect of her coma after a car accident. The main male lead (최무각) has analgesia.

I'm writing a character with analgesia, and this story has been in the works since 2018, so my research about the condition is quite... a lot. I've read tons of medical articles and various experiences of ppl suffering with it. So i was watching the drama while taking critical notes of the stuff around it.

I ended up disappointed. Not only because it ended in a "meh" way, but also with how inaccurate the portrayal of analgesia in the story.

As far as I'm concerned, analgesia is congential; meaning it has to be acquired since birth. It is also genetic and caused by a mutation within specific genes. It could be an absence of pain neurons or their disability. Basically, they already got that wrong cuz Mu Gak had it after a coma.

They also added in the inability to taste, which threw me off and had me doubting my knowledge about it 😭

After getting over the disappointment, i looked up congential analgesia again and hoo boy i learned more lol. I'm still right about what i initially know, but the difference is that i now know the specific gene and its phenotype that got mutated for my character.

almost done with winter's 1st mvt gotta up the tempo next and then proceed to the 3rd mvt.

i also revisited eine kleine (1st, 2nd, 3rd mvts) lol and I'm more comfortable doing staccatos now, it's much much smoother than four months ago 💀

I've also been reviewing my notes for "our hearts' symphony" tee hee and i need more ideas, unfortunately 💀💀 can't start formally writing it yet, but we'll get there!
