Five years ago, the cross-dimensional smuggling gang led by Martin Skade murdered the last Knight Protector of Carnshire. It didn't keep Gwydion down -- in the years since, he's made a name for himself defeating powerful archmages, got a new job partially reinstated in his ancestral role for the county council's Office of Esoteric Solutions, and even gained a *ahem* life partner in stray New York lawyer Irene Carraway.

Thanks, glad you liked the fics and the show! I’ve not really been around any fandom at all much in the last year, and this is the first time I’ve checked Tumblr in several months. I still do have several finished fics in Haven and older fandoms that haven’t been edited or posted yet, that were written prior to that, and a few partially written ones, and am certainly not ruling out feeling the impulse to finish and post them at some point. Magic Mark and The Deal managed to get itself released into the wild back in May.

Real Life landed heavily on me about 18 months ago. I still don’t know where things will be with fandom when it all settles down. I’ve written an original novel of ~150,000 words between NaNoWriMo 2016 and 2017 so some writing, at least, is still happening. It’s just been impossible to be immersed in fandom the way I used to, with the changes that have happened in my world outside of it.

Podficced this old Duke/Nathan fanfic last night, since a stray kudos on the audio of Body Parts reminded me I used to do these things. Probably a bit rusty after almost 2 years, but having done the full reading I feel disinclined not to post it, so here goes.
