Levi reluctantly buys all his horrible children (and Hange) the FUCKING ice cream, turns around to go rejoin his co-parent other adult authority figure, only to find that that guy ALSO has a fucking ice cream cone.

but this is only the beginning of The Horrors.

they enter their typical Erwin Trying To Get Levi To Try Something New (Impossible) routine. Erwin urging him politely, Levi refusing him impolitely.

(Erwin wants him to try it because he knows Levi likes sweet things, even though he doesn't like the cold. he just wants to see the face Levi would make. he thinks it might be very cute.)

that is, until Erwin bends down to rumble into his ear, "come on. just a little lick. we both know you're good at that."

now Levi actually needs the ice cream because his face is suddenly feeling very hot. and Erwin's ribs are suddenly feeling very bruised. perhaps one or two even feel a little cracked. but that's what he gets for being unable to restrain himself from following up with a low "good boy".

Erwin in fact has a good amount of Thoughts about this, but half a second later Hange spots something down in the courtyard and sprints off with a "write it down for me!!!"
