Anyway, how long do you think Rose has been a part of the resistance? She’s obviously been w/ them longer than Guin, but I’m guessing not quite as long as Kate???? But I’m guessing she’s been around for years, yeah? Anyway, Alaric def trusts her with his life (obvi) and he’s not afraid to use her skills who cares that she’s a girl??? Not Alaric.

Also, I feel like Rose is like the daughter he’s never had??? And ofc there’s a part of him that’s protective over her but he also knows she’s hella capable and he knows she can handle herself and just alkdjflakjfladksjf THE RESISTANCE I CAN’T THERE’S FEELS IN MY EYES

MY HEART!!!! esp bc, even when she had a father, she was lowkey an orphan, yknow? and them finding that family connection together and building not only a life but a world for future generations I CREYYYYYYYYYY ++ Alaric respecting, acknowledging, and supporting all her skills means the world to her!!! even when she’s all like *rolls eyes* ‘ok dad’ its just bc she’s trying to cover up the fact that her heart is overflowing alksdjfkljsdf

I deF feel like Rose is constantly working on new weapons and armor for the resistance, stockpiling it bc like, they might not need it atm, but when they do, they will NEED it hardcore!!!!!!  And so she wants to make sure its there for them when they need it!! she also studies their fighting styles, etc, and is careful to tailor the things they need to them so, for example, alaric has a constant supply of his fav sort of sword, his fav sort of dagger, his fav sort of breastplate, etc!!

Yeah, he’s def anti dark sorcerers even tho Dezod randomly saved his life (he’s still not sure what that was haha) and so yeah he wouldn’t really approve/encourage them to solve their problems that way and yeah, so I’m not really sure that these two would have anything. At least for now?

NOOOOO YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH PAIN THIS IS CAUSING ME. Like I reALLY want them to have this conversation now b/c someone actuALLY coming up and telling him that they are glad he SURVIVED?!?!?!? whATT???????????? IS???? this???????? And like she seems so genuine about it and he’s “omg she’s serious?!?!?!” and also “why?????” And like idk how he would meet her now tho???

Oh! Unless she does jewelry as well as armor? Then he’d be like “hey can you make me a ring for my fiancée?”

I also think that he def thinks that there’s a high chance that a lot of them are rebels b/c of Alaric. Oh! Also, I’m sure that the queen sent out her guards to question them all after Alaric escaped and I think Dmitrei made a big deal of taking this on, himself, and questioning his people himself and basically his first act as ~lord was to shelter them from the queen and hopefully gain their trust. 

ANYWAY, idk that he knows about Rose or even suspects her, but he has def slowly been trying to figure out if he can get an ~in w/ the resistance, even if it’s just to know who they are. If he dID ever figure it out, he would possibly approach her and be like “yo i wanna help” b/c right now he definitely dOEs wnat to help b/c the more Rowena is distracted with the resistance, the eaiser it will be to build up #teambeaumont w/o her noticing. And he really does wanna build up the resistance so he can tear it down later. ;D
