Community Center of Sequoia

The community center of Sequoia is placed on a 64x64 lot and is divided into four parts, the community center, a community garden, a small park where you can play football, do yoga or play chess and a small swimming pool with an ice cream parlour. The community center has four floors. There is plenty of space to play, read, paint and make music. There is also a small band room where young people can meet and a spacious café.

Ice Babe - Ice cream studio

In great collaboration with Winner9 has created a wonderful set for an ice cream parlor, which you can purchase on Winner9s here. On a 20x15 lot I have built a colorful two-story ice cream parlor, with the set mint to be of RVSN, the ice cream parlor is functional and your Sims can feast there ice cream, but also cafe and sweet pieces.

Newcrest Public School

Its finally done! Sorry for the wait, this was one of my biggest projects yet.  A functional Elementary/Middle School. Includes multiple classrooms, a cooking class, science lab, art class, swim class, and a place to take school photographs. You will need Zerbu’s Go To School Mod if you want a functional school.
