Is fine if someone doesn't think that Meursault was into Marie romantically, but I really believe that she liked her more far than the sexual so it makes me sad that some (not a lot, this is just a nitpick) imply it. He did like her sexually, but also enjoyed her company too -> why he goes with her to the beach or to eat at Célestes, sometimes he even is the one who starts or one of his memories of the past being her laugh.
