What was your starting point on working out like this? I'm a total beginner but I really hope I grow up and work hard enough to look like you!

I started by doing daily workouts from Darebee(.)com since it’s usually bodyweight stuff without any equipment. Then I did the insanity workouts (but never actually completed both months...). Last year I got myself some Olympic rings and started doing the reddit bodyweight fitness recommended routine (google it). That really started to show some progress, especially with static holds like hand stands or L sits, but really the most progress I have seen is in the last 6 months of going to a kettlebell gym! I am still working on getting my diet right (I have a sweet tooth and its one step forward 2 steps back sometimes with fat loss) but for the most part doing crossfit style HIIT workouts 3x a week, and doing intermittent fasting (fasting daily for 18 hours, eating only from 1:30 pm to 8:30pm) has really boosted my results lately!
