Mason smiled it was clear this guy was a good parent, he had seen and even worked for enough bad ones to spot the good ones. Taking the little girl into his arms he smiled. “ Hello, Aine my name is Mason” He replied smiling as he takes her little jumper off. “What’s your name?” He asked looking at Ronan as gets up, holding Aine right against him he starts to bounce her up and down gently as he walks up and down, this wasn’t the first time he’d dealt with an unhappy baby.
Ronan’s parenting skills were still developing, though he thought he was doing a pretty good job most of the time. He’d been working with kids for years, but Aine was his first child and he hadn’t even known about her until the day she was born, he was just doing the best he could and he loved her so much. “I’m Ronan, we’ve been in town for a couple of months. There was an opening at the Family Medicine department here and I was looking for a change, so here we are, it’s been a big adjustment, but we’re figuring it out.” Have you lived here long?”
