During this year's con, we will have a special item up for auction as a fundraiser for the prize fund! This item is from @aj_locascio 's private collection and comes signed and features a bunch of doodles from AJ himself! Auction will be held on discord and will run the length of ROMY-Con, ending on the 21st when the highest bidder takes this one of a kind item home! Auction bidding will only be available to those who are signed up for the event discord, so be sure to sign up at romy-con.com before it's too late!

The ROMY-Con Fanart Coloring Book Includes 32 individual coloring pages supplied by ROMY Fandom artists, each with a unique ROMY, Rogue, or Gambit Inspired piece. Proceeds from coloring book will be used to support yearly operating expenses for the volunteer-run online fan convention.

If you are still looking to submit an entry to the contest the due date has been extended to JUNE 8th at 5pm PST. Please get your entries in ASAP.

Artist Alley Vendors: If you submitted before 5/29 you should have received an email with your digital space # (or what modifications are needed to accept your application). It will be sent via the Jotform email. Please check your spam folders if you did not get this email. Deadline extended one week! Get those cosplays in!

We are happy to announce that Carola Borelli, artist of Love Unlimited Gambit and Rogue will be picking her top Gambit, Rogue, and couple for a special cosplay award during this years competition! 

Just a friendly reminder that cosplay entries are closing June 1st! You should be getting emails next week if you already submitted with your exhibitor number. Be on the lookout for those!
