Who said we have to wait until summer for a summer salad? Super simple fix to keep you refreshed: Spinach, Feta, Tomatoes, Strawberries and Cranberries. Dressing: I have used ginger and sometimes just some olive oil. For a vegan option change feta to a non dairy cheese. Stay tuned for more salads and other healthy but delicious ideas!!
