This was in May 2020.

I had Covid. Lost my sense of taste and smell

this was my quarantine. This little space became my rink and my yoga place.

Mixed a little bit of both.

Not perfectly balanced but this is what kept me sane.

I don't think a lot of meetups are happening in downtown LA.

Before Covid, i was the girl that skated in the park by myself. i would try to find meetups near me but seemed like they weren't a thing(didn't help that i was off socal media).

Now there's so many meetups I can't decide which ones to go to.

I used to skate in the same park after work, but Covid made the park crowded/popular and- *anxiety*

I still want to skate in this park when i don't feel like driving to a Meetup but since there's more new skaters out there now, why not have them join me?!

Soooo i broke my wrist roller skating back in November. I get my cast taken off and.......poof i have a hairy hand😳... i never had a hairy hand!!!😱

I heard that when you get a cast, it stinks when you remove it and that your arm/leg might be skinnier than the other one.... But never that you grew hair🥴

I read on it and apparently the follicles don't get exfoliated and as part of healing the bone, it just naturally grows hair or appears darker...or something like that.

Let's make it clear, I am a hairy girl. I never chose to shave or wax my arms because I thought it was more to be a slave to.

Supposedly with time, the hair that grew because of the cast, sheds away...soo let's see what happens.
