occasionally walking by and catching glimpses of my parents watching one piece but not having actually paid much of any attention is really funny

i played the "among us story: on guard" demo. awkward feeling ass title for a game i don't like saying it. the demo itself has me hopeful though i liked the writing and i like the idea of them being able to flex the dialogue/character writing muscles more because they seem good at it. and among us is sort of inherently not a very wordy game. i like the artstyle they're going for but some parts of it seems a little unpolished right now. forgivable for a demo that came out like a week after the game was first announced. playing the coffee making minigame specifically made me feel like i was playing one of those weird crappy interactable mobile game ads, or like a very simple flash game. excited to see how the full game turns out but i get the feeling it'll be a while
