When I work, I feel the best practice is when I don't have tools of my own. When I have to find things from around and sort of get used to them. It's a very enriching experience where you humbly accept whatever you can find and make something out of it. That practice makes me really confident at times. Something about painting on beaches is that the water I use is from that beach. There is sand on the paper and sometimes the water dries just to quickly. Sometimes you use the beer next to you. These may seem like very little things but it leaves a print of the place. It gives you the feeling that you have created something from that place itself. It's like a signature of that place that sometimes only you know, but whenever you look at the painting again, it surely can bring a smile on your face. .
