What materials are ring binders made of?

Standard binders are generally made from durable and tough PVC or polypropylene with clear pockets on the covers or internal pockets, which can be fully encapsulated. 

We can also produce custom wrapped binders that are made of a board lined with with full CMYK printed celloglazed sheets or buckram (buckram can be full CMYK print, or foiled). The print can be lined both outside and inside the folder. 

How much are custom ring binders?

Cost will vary based on few factors including:

- Total quantity - Size of the folder (A5, A4, A3 landscape or portrait, etc) - How many rings (2, 3, 4 or lever arch etc) - Round or D shaped ring - Type of cover (full wrap one or both sides, sheet insert, encapsulated, etc). - Spine size/internal capacity (i.e. 16mm, 20mm, 30mm etc)

Shelf Talkers or Wobblers are a great way to have your brand really stand out from crowded shelves and say 'Here I am!'

Shelf Talkers or Wobblers are fantastic offline marketing tools.

They are impactful both on shelves, and as an attention grabber on a POS display.

What are shelf wobblers? Shelf wobblers are printed items usually die cut to a circle or custom shape, with double sided tape applied to the stem. This allows the item to be placed directly onto shelves and surfaces, that then 'wobble', or protrude out further than a flat print item would. They are a low cost and high impact P.O.S option. What is the difference between a shelf talker and a wobbler? Both are similar products. A shelf wobbler will generally have the double sided tape applied to the front of the stem to allow for the 'wobble' effect. Whereas talkers would have this applied to the back, or no stem, and instead have a cut out, or simple score, to then attach to a shelf edge. What size are shelf wobblers?

A 'standard' wobbler or talker is 210mmx98mm (including the stem). However you can choose any size you need. We would recommend first measuring the area they need to go, so your product will correctly fit.

What stock are wobblers printed on? We recommend these are printed on durable and waterproof synthetic stock as as Yupo or Digituff. However, we can print on paper based stocks if requested. What shape can wobblers be cut to?

We can print and die cut to any shape or dieline in your provided artwork. Common shapes are circle and rectangle, as shown on the gallery on this page.

We produce selfie frames through a range of printing options depending on your requirements.

Our most popular frames are made from corflute or foamboard, where the picture frame is cut to size in the middle. These substrates are rigid and lightweight making them the ideal print option.

What sizes can selfie boards be cut to?

A sheet of corflute or foamboard is 2400mm x 1200mm, so we can cut to any size within this sheet. However common sizes we print selfie board on are:

- 600 x 900mm - 1000mm x 1000mm - 1200mm x 1000mm

The cut inside and outside the frame can be any size or simple shape you like! Simply supply your own artwork with cut lines, and we will print and trim to the edge with any type of custom cut you need. Or one of our print designers can set your artwork up for you.

Mailer boxes are the ultimate two-in-one: they not only look fantastic and provide a professional and enjoyable unboxing experience for your customers, they act as an actual mailer box (as the name implies!).

Package up your product inside the box and dispatch - all in one.

They are an excellent choice for when you need packaging without glues and adhesives, as the boxes self-install. And better yet - we've got 40+ sizes you can choose from, so no need to pay huge die making costs or wait many weeks for production.

What material are mailerboxes printed on?

We print on 100% eco friendly and recyclable 1.6mm eflute, which is corrugated carboard (or choose a thicker 3mm bflute for contents that are a bit heavier).

You can choose from kraft which has a raw brown surface for an eco look and feel (add a spot white colour to make visuals pop), or, white claycoat, which has a smooth surface for brighter print outcome, with added option we can apply a spot uv on white claycoat.

Beyond these standard options we can also produce complete custom boxes with inserts, foil, cello, etc - email us your specific requirements in the first instance, so we can review and discuss further.

What size mailerboxes do you have?

We run an extensive range of 40 + dies (or, flat knife lines / design templates). Going with one of these sizes will be the most affordable and fast way to have your mailer box produced and shipped in just a few days (depending on qty + finish).

Standard marketing cards are A6, DL and DLX, but we can print almost any kind of style you need!

Marketing cards come in sizes A6, DL, and DLX (DLX is 240 x 130mm, the maximum size to be able to use for an unaddressed mail drop) and really makes your piece stand out from everything else in the mail box.

When printing your marketing cards, you can go down one of two roads.

Option A? Create an overcrowded piece that tries to relay too much information, and then print it on really poor quality stock.  If you like this option, please feel free to save your time and energy, and simply donate your money to a charity of your choice.

Whether to seal off poly bags to prevent spills or to provide product information, Header Cards, or Bag Toppers, are a cost-effective way to promote your brand.

Often used within the food industry, however Header Cards are also a great idea for events and shows where a small, easily accessible giveaway is given to commemorate the occasion.

Header cards are also ideal for retail packaging and we can provide them printed or blank.

Given Header Cards are by necessity quite small, both sides of the card can be used if further product information or instructions for use are required.

Little assemblage is needed with a quick fold of the card over the poly bag being secured with either staples or glue.

Header Cards are available in any size - and even any shape - that you require.

A header card, or bag topper, is a folded piece of card placed on top of a bag, often with a hole drilled toward the top for placement on hooks or displays.

What size can you print header cards?

In low volume we can print any size up to A3 size header cards with our digital printing technology. For sizes over A3, we can produce using offset production, with an MOQ of 500. 

What kind of hole can be punched?

Standard hole punching is a round 3mm hole. However, we can also hole drill other sizes and shapes, such as sombrero and lanyard hole punches, as well as custom die cuts (MOQ may apply for custom requests).

Custom printed sleeves and belly bands

Packaging sleeves / belly bands are a popular solution for branding products that are already in a box/tin. The sleeves enable custom branding while also securing the item in place.

Printed full CMYK (full colour) one or both sides, with options to celloglaze in short runs, or in long runs, we can  also die cut, foil, spot UV...and so much more.

We can also variable print digitally produced (low volume) sleeves, meaning each sleeve can have an individual name/wording without expensive set up costs.

The sleeves are printed and scored based on your existing product box, so all you need to do is measure out the box/tin W x H x D and we'll do the rest.

What is a sleeve in packaging?

A packaging sleeve, or belly band, is a stock that is printed to the L x W x D of your box, and scored, that it will cleanly fold around your product box. We then double side tape one end and supply you with a flat item that is scored and ready for you to assemble your end.

Depending on the qty and finish required, we can produce these digitally, offset or wide format, from a range of stocks including:

Whether you need to communicate a special, highlight a service, brand a table, advertise a sale or create a stunning table centrepiece - these cards assemble in seconds, and will have the table talking even quicker!

Here's a few ways our clients use tent table cards:

- Promote a special menu - As retail Point Of Sale cards, to highlight a product / sale / promo - As table toppers for events, exhibitions - Display important information, such as 'reserved', 'table sanitised', product labels, guest names, and so on - As interactive or decorative table pieces (we can even produce as a lightbox - see image on this page!) What is the difference between a tent card, table topper and table talker?

They are all much the same thing! Essentially, these are printed pieces of stock that are self standing.

We achieve this by scoring, so the card folds in thirds. You can have the topper stand upright, so it has three visible faces, or, on it's side (like a tent) so there are two visible faces (with a base at the bottom).

What sizes and shapes are available for Table Talkers and Tent Cards?

Our 'standard' sizes and shapes are as below, and are based on a rectangular item, supplied ready to assemble with double sided tape:

Tent Cards:

- A5 portrait (2x faces of 105mm W x 148mmH) - A5 landscape (2x faces of 148mmW x 105mmH) - Custom - i.e. 2x faces of 100mmW x 200mmH

Table Toppers / Talkers:

- Trifold A3 (3x faces of 140mm W x 297mm H) - Trifold A4 (3x faces of 99mmW x 210mmH) - Circle (100mmdia x 210mm H)

Yes, we can do these in custom sizes and die cut shapes - email us your specific requirements in the first instance, so we can review and discuss further.

What material options are available for Table Talkers and Tent Cards?

We can produce these on silk, gloss or matt, with celloglaze.

However, we generally recommend they are produced on waterproof synthetic stock, for improved durability.

We can even print on lightbox film to almost any size, to fit your LED light stand (see image in the gallery on this page).
