Great workout this morning. I had my doctors appointment on Thursday. She said you’ve done some great work health wise. You blood pressure is the best it’s been in the last five years, your cholesterol is very good and plant based lifestyle is doing great for you, but I won’t be satisfied until you are 200 pounds. So I have a new goal. I’ve started writing it down places and saying it before and after workouts. The goal is to get to 200 lbs. I haven’t been that weight since 5th grade. So here’s to another journey.
