God cares about the little things. It may seem small & insignificant to someone else but to me I need to tell you what He did with a simple thing. As I am working in the woodshop, I needed to replace a tabletop of a radial arm saw which was my dad's. The top was a strange size and cut. A friend of mine came by & let me know about some scrap lumber for free across town. At first I thought.... yeah... scrap... stuff nobody wants.... trash.... unusable. So it still caught my interest because it was free and was searching for something in particular to finish a project. As I arrived I see a sign FREE SCRAP. As I start gathering there is not only a piece to fit exactly the top, but wire racks and heavy duty drawer slides along with alot of untouched lumber as well. Now, if you look at this with spiritual eyes, his gift, while FREE, is not always taken by everyone. It's looked at. It's looked over. It's scoffed at. It's even laughed at. However, when it is chosen by the recipient it is not only sufficient for what you're seeking but will be more than what you need. The bible states that His grace is abundantly sufficient to supply all of your needs. Not only did he supply what I was looking for but supplied racks for the lumber that he will supply later. How awesome is MY God that He knows what I need before I do & shows me to get ready because there is work to do. The same as in our walk that he gives everything you need as a Child of God to tell someone else about His Grace & Mercy & shows that there is a work to do before his coming. By the looks of the times it's closer than ever. So I just wanted to share today of how Good MY God is today!
