There’s also the element of, Lily honestly did have a chance to live (Riddle might have changed his mind later, but in the moment, he meant it thanks to promising Snape) whereas Harry was given the option to turn himself in and theoretically save Hogwarts...but he didn’t have a chance to live. Riddle was always going to keep coming after him. Taking a lull in battle to run away is not the same thing as accepting an offer to be spared. Harry sacrificed himself, but in a different way than his mom did.
