These past couple months I’ve been trying to get back into shape slowly but surely.. It hasn’t been easy but once I took my eyes off the scale and focus on getting stronger day by day motivation to keep going comes easier. Just wanted to talk little about body image and how society bases what “beauty” is. If you’re not a size 0-2 then you’re not good enough or if a man doesn’t have abs then he isn’t good enough. We all have different body types and we are all beautiful human beings. Let’s be a society that encourages and uplifts each other rather than basing our perspective on how we look. I’ve always had insecurities about weight and body type but I’ve learned to love myself in my worst or best. So if ya felt a little broken on how you look remind yourself how beautiful you are today. Life is too short. Live life to your utmost and love those around you. Gear yourself to try your best and life will come up with the rest. Went on a Hawaiian roller coaster ride🎢 Cousin & I took the longest way from Moanalua to the stairs. Almost ten miles down , 33,500 steps later, and a friendship was shaken through the roughest parts of the hike. I’ve done this hike twelve times and only the first time and this last time it hasn’t rain at all while doing the hike. Thanks for a great little get away this past week.
