Gratitude…In Every Season Gratitude is something you learn and cultivate over time. Let’s just say in every season…I’m thankful for the faithfulness of God. My family and I have been blessed to serve Jesus in Pittsburgh. It has been wild and great adventure for us. As we planted Vintage over the last 5 years, we poured our lives into relaunching our network as well. Every week was consumed with this great privilege of building both. God has built a beautiful family of churches and our church is thankful to keep planting and believing that a Kingdom revival is going to happen in this city. As we began a new year, we have shifted our focus toward our new church plant and the different ministries we partner with around the globe. In this season we have been thankful for two things. Because of the simplicity, my family and I are blessed to get some rest as prepare for this next season of our church and ministry. We are so thankful for our church family that loves us so well. In this season, Vintage has also experienced a fresh wind and fire like never before. These pics are from some of our amazing moments with Jesus this year. I’m definitely thankful. Thankful for the simplicity of God’s mission, thankful for the richness of God’s presence, thankful for peace from God’s love, thankful for the kindness from God’s discipline, thankful for the perseverance of God’s people, and thankful for the affirmation of God’s call. I have so much gratitude in this season for how Jesus has blessed our family and our church. I’ve never been more expectant of what He is about to do. Celebrated my #boltwilton as he earned his first patch on the #primalpath. Been a strong 10-weeks diving into the life of Joseph. This dude is running into the challenges of life in the power of Jesus and honestly setting the pace for his daddy. We took a major hike to review each of the 10 lessons that we learned. Loved hearing how he is processing and mostly loved laughing at almost every step. One highlight on this journey was having Big Chief lead one of the sessions. I asked Bolt over some wings about his time with his grandpa. He said, “Chief is pretty cool. Last night was a special wrap up to our 21 days of prayer. @vintagechurchpgh saw some incredible victories!!! How great is our God!!! Extra special was having my Mama - Duckie - @wilton.karyn with me. She prayed a blessing over our church family and shared this powerful Scripture… “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you.” Isaiah 43:2 Extra extra special having my dad - Big Chief - @donwilton preach this Sunday!!!
