Uhhh his name is Beetle!!! The picture I used is a little silly and not the best one I have of him, but I’m a traditional artist and don’t have my past artworks on me at the moment, so I had to use this guy 😭😭😭 I’ll update this post in the future when I get my better drawings back!!!
Beetle is a very small fairy, a little less than two inches of height. He was born without magic, the primary source of power for fairies (and really the only thing protecting them from predators). Not only was he unprotected, but he ALSO faced prejudice and discrimination from his magical peers. So, he set out for the woods, away from fairy civilization (admittedly, a really stupid thing to do when you’re quite literally defenseless in every sense of the word). Of course…things didn’t go very well for him. Normal animals are scary to him, let alone genuine beasts and monstrosities of the deep wood!!! He was terrified. He spent most of his days in this short period of his life hiding in the shrubbery and foraging for small berries. All hope was kinda lost for this guy. If he wasn’t scared and timid enough before, he is NOW baby!!!
So, things suck for Beetle right??? Well, NOT FOR LONG!!! 😛😛😛 He gets found in the forest by this quite kind adventurer named Elora. Elora promises to keep him under her wing, keep him safe, give him food and water, a warm place to sleep at night, yada yada. He’s absolutely THRIVING under Elora’s care now, albeit still terrified of everything.
I’ll probably post more detailed descriptions on these two at a later date!
Also, uhh I’ve never really drawn Elora and all I have of her picture-wise is one Picrew 😭😭😭
