In this comic The Joker gains reality-bending abilities, and he turns the greatest super heroes into villains and parodies of themselves (for example Wonder Woman becomes a 50s housewive based super villain, while Green Lantern becomes a litteral lantern)

The Flash is here turned into “The Flab” “The fastest fat man alive”. His backstory as Wally West is the following: he used to be a normal overweight man, with a true addiction to sweets and candies. One day, as he was cheating a vending machine out of a box of Milk Duds, he got struck by lightning. He thus acquired super-speed (which doesn’t prevent him from ending up winded, sweaty and wheezing after each run. He began his criminal career stealing food with his new power, and attacking people if he smells food on them (and he smells food everywhere). Of course his favorite food is fast food (see the pun?) and he seems to particularly like donuts and ham sandwiches.
