SWIPE 😬 How I missed horse riding!! Tried to look smooth, but I was actually super happy inside to be able to ride a horse again while shooting for a new vid😜 I remember as a little kid being 7 years old, every #horse I was given to ride was hugeeee as hell. I still nailed every competition year in year out 🌈😊 until one day I left with a permanent eye condition during a fall and my dad decided it was too dangerous and told me to pick another sport. I think as far as self-confidence goes, so much of social media is about approval, getting likes, comparing our lives to others' meanwhile, confidence is an inside job: it's about how you feel about yourself regardless of what anyone else does or thinks. It's a knowing that you're human, you're flawed, and you're awesome in your own way🎉🙆🏽‍♀️ I live my life, because I dare. I dare to show up when everyone else might hide their faces and hide their bodies in shame. Confidence, especially body confidence, doesn't happen overnight. So if you're not really feeling yourself today, hold tight.
