Look… I’m not going to mince words, this situation sucks. I don’t blame you for getting stressed or overworking. But you really do need to relax. Meditate, take a nap, do yoga, drink some water, whatever works. You won’t be of use to anyone if you’re sick. If you ever need a moment of quiet, remember that this is technically a library. And I’m usually hear if you ever want to talk.

I was drinking because my knee is acting up again and pills have a mental effect. Not that alcohol doesn't, but a few glasses would have helped. Besides, it's pretty cold.
