I'm economically stressed at all here. Are you?

Why should I have to beg for half my May pay in the middle of June? Is there really not a better system the office can use?

It's unmotivating as hell!

In walks this older couple and ask for a bathroom. Before I could filter my thoughts, I handed the muddy spade and pointed at the woods next to the museum.

The look on the woman's face... I just realized I was pulling a very immature joke on two strangers/customers because I was bored.

"Don't worry. I'm only jesting. The break room is further down the hall to the left"

The grin that appears on the old man's face was priceless and his tired wife turns to him and says "There are more of you..."

Apparently the new one is gonna be about Faye. The second wife of Kratos that was of giant kind from nordic mythology.

The one that he met, loved, had a child with and had to bury between the second and third game.

Nobody knew anything about her other than she was deeply loved by her husband and son.

The whole game looks like it's about her fighting her way through a Egyptian mythological world after her death. With the "ghost" or memory of Kratos motivating her? Her husband that is still technically alive... ish. He's a god, so I'm not sure. But in a way, Faye was probably one too. So what does the end of immortality mean?

That is... Actually pretty awesome. Holy shit. I'm actually hooked in this story.

That unique texture and flavor from creamy curry or tomato based sauces on fresh lettuce, cucumber, cold meats or vegan fake "meats."

I dunno. It is just nice. Ya know.

On days like this. A pick-me-up dinner should do wonders.

The problem was my lack of appetite. So everything in my fridge made me hurl. I don’t want meatballs or pasta.

Got to eat something though. Something easy to make.

So I checked the freezer and found a bag of frozen chicken kebab and some thin fries. That sounds easy enough.

The radio played some slow oldies tunes from the 1940s. Just what I needed. No crazy drums. Just playful piano, smooth saxophone and jazzy muted trumpets.

I let those shredded taters blow in the air fryer. Threw some oil, chicken and onions in a pan. The smell was heavenly when the frost was all gone and the fries didn't smell that bad either.

I stirred the meat and chippies in a bowl with a fresh green salad and covered it all with some shredded cheese. Cause why not?

It looked like a fresher version of loaded fries when done.

I feel a bit of excitement for the first time today. But while I was about to sit down to eat I notice a tired figure in the corner of my eye. Juli had woken up from her after work nap and with her pillow under her arm was glaring at me and my bowl with big hungry eyes.

On week days we deal with our own meals and now Juli wanted something I cooked by free will? That’s a rare sight. I guess her own dinner plan just got cancelled, ey?

I didn’t mind throwing together a bowl for her too. It takes just a few minutes now when the pan was already heated up and I made too much fries anyway.

A slight kick to the meat, spices, onion, herbs, the mushy yet crispy fries, cool lettuce and cucumber topped with fun sauces based on Turkish flavour profiles. Super comforting if anything.

I wrote like three blogs just to get some stuff off my chest and decided to not post any of them.

I got these mints the other day. I thought Wintergreen was just some nice made up name.

Apparently not.

It's a real plant and it has a nice mint like flavor as well as painkilling properties.

That's nice. I think I'll add that to my story world's plant life. No creative change needed.

I remember back in the daycare days when a certain toothpaste with a "Bamse" logo for kids was available. This is precisely the kind of mint taste it had.

If I'm not mistaken. In one of those videos. This out booed tech guy got so butthurt, he showed his fully nude narcissistic side and insulted millions of worried students on record. While grinning creepily too! Calling them helpless. That this will happen and that's final. Like some fanatic christian father scolding his kids

I would say I wish that fucker to eat shit. But lets be honest here. There are not enough feces in the world for an asshole of this caliber to feast on

For years, I'm told that's a bad thing. Unsafe even. Criticized nonstop for, metaphorically, not blindly jump from one platform to the next.

Well look who's debt free and not running in circles looking for a job that no longer exists?

This person will never read this. But I'm pretty sure they now know that this "bottom feeder" is doing alright

What takes the cake is that their greed keeps washing away those that need help for real.
