VS model diet
So i found this article on the VS models diet and thought why not? Although i'm honestly not gonna get to those 1300 calories, that sounds like way too much food, i'll just try to eat a minimum of 500 calories and a maximum of 800 calories. Anyways, here's the diet in case anyone wants to try it.
Diet
The VS diet is high in good fats and protein, low in carbs β and limited to 1,300 calories-a-day.
The models are told to eat lean chicken, beef or fish with every meal, or the equivalent in eggs (around three).
Dairy and gluten are banned β as are vegetables which grow below the ground, which are harder to digest.
Thereβs no sugar allowed, including fruit, with the exception of berries, while models have to eat two servings of fat per meal (coconut oil, avocado, butter or olive oil).
A tablespoon of oil or butter counts as one serving, as does a third of an avocado.
They can occasionally have 1/2 cup of lentils or chickpeas, or some brown rice, sweet potato or quinoa.
The angels work out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, aside from water and coffee, and have a protein shake afterwards.
Their last meal of the day is at 6pm, and thereβs absolutely no alcohol allowed.
The models have to sleep for between seven and nine hours-a-night, and drink between two and four litres of water.
