They say an artist is defined by their paintings.

But in my case, I am also the stories, the photographs, and everything else I create.

I doubt I’ll manage to finish the piece by my birthday (July 10th), given how massive the art seems in my head... 🫠

Lately, though, I’ve actually enjoyed sharing work-in-progress screenshots. Why didn’t I do this before? In short: to me, spoilers feel like having a movie’s ending revealed beforehand. Usually, I keep drawing until I’m completely satisfied with the result. But if I show an intermediate stage, I get this strange feeling that I’ve "already" reached my limit. The sense of intrigue vanishes, and with it, the anticipation of the final piece. Still, people seem to really like those kinds of posts...
