@workinboystm exclaims "for god’s sake what’s going on up there ?"
out of all the places that someone can go to to get away from everything in hatchetfield, the catwalk at the starlight theater has always been without a doubt her favorite. after a stressful day at school or home whenever the building was open to the public or after rehearsals, more often than not, caitlyn found herself hiding away there, facing towards the stage with a book or homework, headphones in blasting showtunes as she imagined herself on stage. the height brought her comfort as well as the ideas, the daydreams, the stardom that felt like it was at her fingertips when she was up here...
though perhaps she should have been more focused on the ground so she could watch for wires instead of the images of future shows. that way she wouldn't have tripped and dropped her script.
the holler from down below makes her gasp, standing up from the ground and looking down for the person. " i-i am sorry! i was just looking over some lines! " she calls. " is there a rehearsal? i can leave. "
