I got home last night!! The total travel was pretty long from door to door including drop off at station, local train, Shinkansen, plane ride, customs, security and bag checks, another plane ride, pick up baggage, local train again and finally an Uber ride lol. Also got my period in the middle of the night haha. But so glad it waited till I got home tho! Gotta work from this morning again, hope it’s not too busy. Here’s a pic of my ekiben on the Shinkansen ride in the meantime!

Having 2nd breakfast in Japan on Awaji Island! Yujiro has been eating a lot of “2nd breakfasts” recently so I said he was turning into a hobbit! Lol 😂 😂 😂

I’m in Japan now! Maybe I’ll use here to post some updates cause I can post longer stuff than bird app haha! We had an overnight flight from LA to Haneda and arrived 5am on Saturday haha. We spent the day in Tokyo meeting with Y’s family there and looking around. Then came back to his hometown by Shinkansen. Yesterday was more laid back. Today we will have a small birthday thing for his mom who just turned 80 today :)! Here’s a few photos. (The flowers are the ones his nieces made for us :) More is forthcoming but here’s a few things for now lol
