Prompt: based on this tiktok because it did something to me
Summary: Taiju thinks you're unattainable. It leads to a fight, where you show him your true colors.
Alternate Versions: Hanma. Kakucho. Koko. Izana.
CW: gn reader, mild cursing. friends to lovers. pet names (baby).
"You're mine...and I don't share."
Taiju wasn't listening. He never had and now was absolutely no different. You had been saying the same thing for hours - back and forth, back and forth. But Taiju wasn't grasping what you were saying for even a second.
"Taiju, I am not asking you to share."
"Really? Because that's not what Koko seems to think."
Koko. You'd known Koko for years longer than you had known Taiju. He was a close friend - a friend, and nothing more. When Koko insisted six months ago that you mean his fellow Black Dragons, you'd been hesitant, but the moment he introduced you to Taiju everything fell into place and any worries or fears you'd had about meeting them all faded away.
It wasn't long before you and Taiju were inseparable and, even though Taiju had never confessed his feelings to you, you knew that, to him, you were much more than a friend. Unfortunately for you when Taiju did decide to confess to you it came with a lot of unexpected jealousy and demands.
"Taiju, I have told you a thousand times, Koko is my friend. That is all, but that doesn't mean you have any right to tell me that I cannot see him again."
Taiju was adamant that Koko harbored feelings for you, secretly. He insisted that was why Koko had remained your friend for so long; because he wanted something more from you. And Taiju couldn't bear the thought of someone else wanting you the way he did.
"I have every right."
"You don't actually. I haven't even accepted your confession."
Immediately when the words slipped out of your mouth you knew they were wrong. If you had any doubts though, the look of pure angry etched on Taiju's face cleared that right up. He was livid.
"Are you saying you won't?"
"I'm saying if this is what I can expect from you then I am not as interested as I thought I would be."
Taiju stood from his seat, making his way towards you with fists clenched, taking a deep breath before he spoke, "I'm just asking you to consider it."
"And I'm telling you that it is disrespectful to me to even ask me to do that, and I'm done with this conversation."
Maybe you shouldn't have stormed out. Maybe the conversation would have been worth finishing in the moment, but you had been arguing with Taiju for hours in a moment that should have been beautiful. He made a confession of love turn dark in a way you'd never known was possible, so you left.
You grabbed your keys off the counter top and left without a word. Even as he yelled, begging you to come back and to consider what he was saying, you walked out with no intention of coming back.
It was disrespectful to you and to Koko for him to act this way, to talk about you this way, to distrust you in this way. And after hours of arguing you didn't see him changing his mind. As much as you had grown to care for Taiju - maybe even to love him - the wasted energy wasn't worth it.
You drove home, and it wasn't until you slumped down onto your couch that the reality of it all hit you and tears began to well up in your eyes....you really did care for Taiju and you really did hope he would turn around, but it seemed like he wouldn't.
At least, you thought so until your phone began to ring.
It was Taiju.
You'd been away from him for less than 45 minutes and he was already calling. Maybe he'd changed his mind.
The rage that hit you was instant. What the hell did he mean "you"? It was Taiju who had been childish. It was Taiju that was having a temper tantrum over nothing.
You had never hit "redial" faster in your life. The phone rang twice before Taiju picked up.
"Hel-"
"What the fuck is your problem?"
You were done playing games. Taiju could say that he didn't agree with you. He could say that he didn't trust you, but to dismiss his own childish behavior and throw it onto you was one step too far.
"I cannot believe this, Taiju. After everything we've been through in the past six months I thought something as small as this would have an easy solution for us, but you can't let it go. I thought you trusted me. I thought for one fucking second-"
Your rant was cut short but the sound of Taiju's booming laughter - a sound that used to fill your stomach with butterflies now had you ten times more enraged than you had been before. What did he think he was laughing at?
"Taiju, is something funny? Because I don't think this is-"
"God, it's been so long since someone's been brave enough to stand up to me like that."
"And that's funny to you?"
You could feel your body shaking. You couldn't think of the last time you had been this angry, this confused, this hurt. What had you seen in him just hours before? What was his problem? What did he want from yo-
"No, baby. It's hot."
"W-What?"
You wanted to be mad. Was he making fun of you? Belittling you? Did he not take you seriously? Did he not understand how genuinely upset he had made you?...but then there was another part of you - the part whose heart dropped into her stomach the moment he called you "baby", and then again the moment he called you "hot" - that was melting right now.
The butterflies were back in your stomach again as he laughed.
"I didn't call to fight, ya know. I called because I realized...well, I was worried too much about the wrong thing. When you said that you may not feel the same way I got defensive, but it was because I realized something. I was worrying more about Koko fuckin' things up than I was about making sure you actually wanted me. I didn't even consider that you may not want to be with someone like me."
You were silent, uncertain what to even say. How could he have thought that? How could he have doubted so much? You were both upset that he wasn't confident enough to know that you wanted him and that he was so confident that he didn't even bother to wait for your answer before he started making his demands.
"You know, Taiju. If we're going to make this work you're going to have to start doubting me a lot less."
You could practically hear his shit eating grin on the other side of the phone, "So, you are accepting my confession?"
"If you can promise to let me speak for myself, instead of deciding how I feel about everyone and everything for me....then yes. I-I've always cared about you, Taiju. I was waiting for you to tell me you felt the same."
You hadn't expected Taiju to confess in the way that he had, but you hadn't expected him to pick up on his own faults so quickly either.
"Then it seems like I've made an absolute ass of myself tonight." Taiju hummed, as if he was plotting ways he could fix things, "I know you already drove all the way home, baby, but if you'd be willing to come back id really like to make it up to you."
"Hmm, I guess I could come all the way back. If you're going to make it up to me, that is."
"Oh baby, I promise when you see what I have in store you'll forgive everything I said."
Prompt: based on this request!! (I love you. Thank you.)
Summary: Rindou is obsessed with you. He wants you more than he has wanted anyone in his entire life. There are only two problems, 1) you're married, and 2) it's to Mikey.
CW: she/her reader. bonten timeline. mild cursing. pet names (baby, beautiful). established relationship(s). cheating (kiss).
Rindou was tired. Bonten had been struggling with a new gang in town. Slowly but surely they'd crept in, trying to take territory that didn't belong to them - Bonten's territory. Sanzu and Mikey were livid, and had all of Bonten up at all hours of the night working to repair the damage that had been done. Rindou had slept no more than three hours the past two nights.
Nonetheless, Rindou had to be up early again the next morning and back at the office Bonten called home. When Rindou got to the office he immediately bounded to the coffee machine in the break room, hoping for a moment alone with a large cup of coffee before he had to see Sanzu and Mikey and listen to them bitch about everything the executives had been doing wrong, how they could do better, how they should have done more to protect what was Mikey's.
Mikey.
Most of the rage Rindou had felt lately was towards him. Mikey was arrogant, bitter, and angry - now more than he ever had been. He was the last person Rindou wanted to see and, of course, to his luck, Mikey was already in the break room when Rindou walked in. And, to make matters worse, he was with you.
You were second on the list of people that had been pissing Rindou off as of late. Rindou wanted to say it wasn't your fault. After all, you hadn't really done anything wrong. But there was lingering tension between the two of you that grew and grew every day, and Rindou was struggling to let it go. Seeing you didn't help, especially this early in the morning, especially when he was beyond exhaustion. Especially when he wasn't sure yet if Mikey knew.
He needed coffee and he needed it now.
Rindou didn't even make it half way to the coffee pot before Mikey started yelling.
"I don't fuckin' know, alright, baby? I'll be home when everyone gets their goddamn shit together." Mikey yelled, anger written all over his face that slowly faded away when he saw your expression turn scared.
Mikey was stressed beyond belief. Damn near every word that came out of his mouth when he was working was a string of angry curses, but Rindou never imagined Mikey was stressed enough to yell at you. Maybe he did know.
"I-I'm sorry, Manjiro. I know you're busy. I just hoped you'd come home tonight."
Mikey started to speak, but then saw Rindou in the corner of his eye, watching him, judging him, and he went silent. And Rindou was judging him, because Rindou couldn't imagine yelling at you. He couldn't imagine doing anything that brought tears to your eyes. He couldn't imagine refusing to come home to you, if he had been so lucky.
"We'll talk about this later, baby. Stay here for now." Mikey said, and he left without another word.
Rindou poured his coffee.
Mikey was angry, but it was clear he didn't know. If he had known, he wouldn't have left the two of you alone. No. If Mikey had known, Rindou wouldn't be alive.
"You shouldn't let him talk to you like that you know." Rindou said, digging around in the refrigerator for creamer.
He heard you take in deep breath and sniffle. You were silent a moment before you spoke, "He's just stressed. It's been a rough week, as I'm sure you know."
Rindou laughed, "Yeah, I know."
Rindou tossed the cream in the trash. Expired. Everything around here was fucking rotting. It was black coffee for him today.
"What are the odds I can put my two weeks in and somehow not end up on the wrong end of Mikey's gun?"
Rindou looked at you and you smiled, whipping the tears from your eyes.
"I wouldn't risk it. He's already pissed off at you. You, Ran, Mocchi, Koko." You were silent for a moment, turning away from Rindou, "and me, apparently."
Rindou walked across the room, setting his coffee down at your table. He could hear your sniffling. You were still crying. Your face was turned to the floor. You wouldn't look at him, so Rindou met you half way and kneeled down. Your eyes met his face a brief moment before you looked away.
There it was again - tension. It was impossible to be around you without it. It screamed at Rindou, begging him to do what he wasn't supposed to do to you again and again....but instead he reached his hand up to caress your cheek and wipe your tears.
"It's not an excuse, but I know he didn't mean it. It still hurt, but I know he didn't mean to yell."
"You're right." Rindou said, pulling up a chair and sitting next to you, "It's not an excuse. He shouldn't have done that."
"He loves me."
"I know that. You don't have to convince me." Rindou said, crossing his foot over his knee and taking a long sip of his coffee, "I think you're the only one he does love anymore."
Rindou watched as your eyes went wide and your brow furrowed. Maybe he shouldn't have said that. Maybe it upset you.
It was true though. Mikey was broken beyond repair, Rindou thought. The only time he seemed a little less broken was when you were with him. You were his remaining sanity. Everyone else he had loved was long gone. They weren't coming back.
The air was silent for far too long and the tension was growing again. Rindou knew he shouldn't but he needed to talk about it. Maybe now wasn't a good time, but when would be? He couldn't wait any longer.
"Does Mikey know?"
Your head shot up faster than Rindou had ever seen. There was that look again - shock and fear, confusion and concern filled your face before you turned your head away from him, "I-I don't know what you're talking about, Rindou."
"Don't be like that." Rindou said, a smile creeping up on his face as he leaned in closer to you, "You know exactly what I'm talking about."
You remained silent. It wasn't shame that kept you silent, but fear - fear you'd want to do it all over again if you talked about it.
"You kissed me first, and now you're acting like you didn't do anything?" Rindou said, "Lie to him if you want to, but don't ever lie to me. Does he know?"
You sighed, "No, Rindou. He doesn't know."
Rindou smiled, not only because Mikey had no idea what had happened, but because you didn't sound unhappy about it happening either.
Rindou set his coffee down on the table. He was wide awake now. He didn't need another drop. He pulled his chair closer to you and leaned in close, his voice coming down to a whisper.
"And if I were to make a move this time and kiss you, do you think he would know?"
He wasn't asking if he could kiss you. Rindou already knew the answer to that. He was asking if you would tell if he did.
You smiled, leaning in, now inches away from his face, "No, he wouldn't know."
You weren't sure exactly when things had started to get so serious with Rindou. Mikey had been hesitant to let you meet any of the members of Bonten, but when he finally did Rindou stuck out to you immediately. He was tall and handsome. He wasn't cocky like his brother, but he had an air about him that let you know he was strong, that he was powerful, that he could and would do what he needed to survive. But more than anything, Rindou was incredibly funny and incredibly kind to you when most others weren't.
He would joke with you when you looked sad. He would check in on you when you were scared. And when the world started to hurt too much to bear and you kissed Rindou to thank him for all he had done, he kissed you back.
"Well," Rindou smiled, "If you're so sure he won't know, then maybe I should kiss you again."
Rindou knew he was in a position where he could truly have anyone he wanted. Rindou had money and power. He was strong and he was handsome. He could have anyone, but there was no one else Rindou wanted. From the moment he met you he knew he was screwed, because you were the one he wasn't supposed to have, but the only one he really wanted.
Rindou reached his right hand out, grabbing ahold of your chair and yanking it forward. The inches between you two were shrinking now. He reached his left hand out and grabbed your chin, closing the gap quickly and completely as his lips met yours.
All the pain and the hurt you both were feeling melted away. The stress of the past few weeks was non-existent now. All you could think about were Rindou's lips and his teeth and his hands as they made their way to your jaw, your face, your neck.
Then it was over, and before you knew it Rindou was up from his chair, at the kitchen sink pouring the last of his coffee down the drain. You missed him already. Already he was too far away.
"You have to promise me something, okay?" Rindou said. He turned his head around to face you only long enough to make sure you nodded and then he continued, "Don't let him yell at you again and don't you dare make excuses for him anymore. And if he won't listen to you, make him."
Rindou made his way to the door, grabbing the knob and twisting it. If he lingered around you any longer, he wouldn't go to work. And when Mikey found him, expecting to find him apathetic, he would find him doing something much worse. Rindou wasn't ready to die just yet. He needed to get away from you, for now.
"And if I can't?"
Rindou smirked, "Then you'll know where to find me, beautiful."

Prompt: based on this tiktok because it did something to me
Summary: You and Koko have a big fight that ends with you storming out of the apartment.
Alternate Versions: Hanma. Taiju. Kakucho. Izana.
CW: she/her reader, mild cursing. pet names (my love, baby). established relationship (you're his wife ♡).
It had been months since you and your girls had gone out, and you were dying to do something fun. So when you got a call from one of your girlfriends asking if you wanted to use the spare ticket she had and come out to a show with her tonight you said yes faster than you ever had in your life, and you were up off the couch, digging around in your closet for something to wear even faster.
You were so focused, in fact, you didn't hear Koko come home. You didn't hear the car pull up in the driveway or door unlock. You didn't hear him set down his keys or walk into your room. He was silent until he saw what you were doing.
"What the hell are you doing?"
You jumped when you heard his voice, but when you turned and saw it was him you smiled.
"Koko, you'll never believe who just called!"
Koko sighed as he took a step further into the room, throwing himself down on your bed, "I can only assume it's that garrulous girl you met last week at the gym."
Your smile fell from your face fast. Koko had never liked any of your friends. None of them could ever do anything right. No matter how much you liked them, Koko always had something negative to say about them.
"Yes, Koko. It was her." You said, pulling a dress from a hanger in the closet and slowly sliding over your hips, "Well, you know we've been trying to find something fun to do all week and she just called me to say that she had an extra ticket to-"
"No."
"W-What?"
"No. You can't go."
Koko hadn't always been like this. He had always been possessive (it was something you liked about him, very much), but this level of possession was new and you hated it.
"Hajime, you can't say no. You- You haven't even heard where I'm going yet."
Koko stood from the bed, his eyes glaring down at you, "It doesn't matter where you think you're going, my love. You're staying home, and that's final."
Koko headed for the door. He thought if he walked away that the conversation would end, that he would get his way, but you were tired of this, and you had every intention of fighting it.
"No, Haji." You said, and Koko stopped in his tracks, turning around to face you with a burning look of rage in his eyes. You lifted your left hand and pointed to the ring of your finger with your right, "This does not mean you're in charge of me. I make my own decisions."
This had all started when the two of you had married six months ago. When you did, something changed in Koko. You knew it came from a place of love. After all, you were more precious to Koko now than you had ever been, and with his line of work being as dangerous as it was, he was scared. He wanted to protect you, that's why he hardly left your side now and had expected you to do the same, but you couldn't take it anymore. You had to say something, even if it hurt him.
And it did hurt him. Koko's face softened for a moment, there was a sadness in his eyes, but it left in seconds and his rage returned ten-fold. Koko quickly crossed the room and grabbed you by the wrist, dragging you towards your bedroom door.
"Koko, what- what are you doing?"
"I told you that I don't want you to leave and you aren't listening. "
"I don't have to listen to you, Koko. I am allowed to go out."
"You're safest where I can see you, baby, and you know that."
Koko dragged you out of the bedroom and into the living room before you managed to yank your hand away.
Koko turned around. An anger was bubbling up inside of him like he had never felt before....until he saw the tears in your eyes, and suddenly his heart shattered.
Koko reached a hand out to you, "Baby, I-"
Maybe he had taken things too far, maybe he had made a mistake.
You slapped his hand away, grabbed your purse off the couch, and left without another word. You weren't sure where you were going, but it wouldn't be to the couch with Koko for another night of solitary. It would be outside, in the world, where you were meant to be.
You drove for an hour, aimlessly. You cried, uncertain what to do or what had led Koko to this point. He hadn't always been this way. With you, he was always patient and kind. He was generous and understanding. The two of you used to travel, to go out and try new restaurants, to socialize with your friends at new bars, to find new coffee shops and cafes in new cities all around the world, but now all Koko wanted to do was lock you away in your house and lose the key.
You had no intention of stopping. You wanted to drive all night, but you pulled over when Koko called, and you watched the line ring until it stopped and declined the call. You almost didn't bother to text him back, to see what he wanted, but then you looked down at your lap and saw your ring.
You had married Koko for a million reasons, and loved him for a million more. This wasn't how you wanted things to end. You were still mad, but not mad enough to ignore him entirely.
It was a low blow, but Koko was right. When you were angry you walked away and you chose silence, just like you had tonight. You didn't stay and fight, you just left. You hadn't thought about how it had likely hurt him every time you had done that.
You sighed and you dialed his number. The line rang for longer than you would have liked. He was likely contemplating everything just as you had been, but Koko did answer.
"You want to talk now?" Koko said, his voice still and emotionless.
"You can't treat me like that, Haji. I don't know why you do, but I can't let you continue to do it. I'm not going to come home if you're going to keep treating me like-"
"I'm sorry."
Koko was many things, and stubborn was most certainly one. He did not give up easily, and he didn't back down. But this time, Koko did, and there was a sadness in his voice that told you he meant it when he said he was sorry.
"I-I'm scared, alright? You know better than anyone what I've lost and I- I can't bare to lose anything else. Especially not someone as important as you, baby. I'm sorry."
Akane. You had forgotten about all he had been through before he even knew you.
It was as you had expected, but worse than you had feared - Koko was worried he would lose you, that the moment you left his sight he would never see you again, just like it had happened to him before, just like with Akane.
"I promise I'll work on it, baby. You're right. I like to imagine that I'm in control of everything, but I'm not in control of you. I know you're safer when I can see you and I can make sure nothing hurts you, but I don't want to lock you away. You don't deserve that."
"Haji, I-"
You hadn't expected Koko to come around so quickly, but Koko had known all along that he was wrong, he was just too afraid to face it.
"Don't say anything. Just- Just go have fun and come home to me when you're done, okay?"
"No." You said, and you could practically hear Koko's shock through the phone.
"Baby- Baby, please. I swear I'll do better. I was wrong I know but I just want you to come home tonight. Have fun and then, please, come-"
"Koko, I'm coming home now."
There was no malice, anger, or sadness behind your words. You knew you didn't have to come home anymore, but you wanted to. You needed to make sure he was okay.
"No, no, my love. You don't have to that's not what I meant. I want you to go out and have fun, please."
"Haji, I want to come home. I-Im sorry I didn't realize what you were going through. I chalked it up to you wanting to control me, when really you needed my help. I'm going to come home and we can talk about it more, alright?"
Koko was silent for a long time and then he laughed, "The first night in months I let you go out without me and all you want to do is come home to help me? How ironic is that."
You smiled, "I didn't marry you for nothing, Haji. We're a team. Let me come home and help."
The line was silent again and then you heard Koko sigh, "I don't deserve you, my love, but I am very happy to have you. Hurry up and come home."
You knew things with Koko were not perfect, and they likely never would be. But as you pulled back onto the highway you knew that you would choose him again and again without a second thought and you knew he felt the same.
Prompt: based on this tiktok because it did something to me
Summary: You and Kakucho have a big fight that ends with you storming out of his apartment and heading home. When he calls you later you think he may be ready to apologize, but he has other ideas.
Alternate Versions: Hanma. Taiju. Koko. Izana.
CW: gn reader. mild cursing. mentions of blood/injuries. mentions of death. pet names (baby). established relationship. angst to fluff.
"If you get yourself hurt again, Kakucho, I swear to God I-"
"You'll what? What're you going to do?" There were tears of anger welling up in Kakucho's eyes. You guys had been like this for what felt like hours.
You loved Kakucho so unbelievably much, but lately each and every time he came home he had a new cut or bruise, each deep and rich and painful for you and for him. You were exhausted, always worrying when he was gone, never certain if he was okay, or if he was even alive.
"You're not the one that's out there everyday. I am. The job is dangerous and you knew that when we got together."
He was right, of course, but that didn't change anything. You were still afraid. You still hated wearing his blood on your hands as you cleaned him up night after night.
Tears streamed down your face, "I thought I could handle it, but- but I can't."
Kakucho was silent, unsure what to say, but his silence was answer enough for you. You couldn't handle the arguing any longer, so you grabbed your bag and your keys and ran for the door. Kakucho tried to stop you, but you didn't listen. You ran to your car and sped to your apartment. You couldn't get home fast enough.
When you finally did, you felt like your heart had shattered into thousands of pieces. All you had the energy to do was curl up in your bed and sob. You couldn't help but think that maybe this was it for the two of you, that your time with Kakucho was coming to an end far sooner than you had ever wanted it to.
You hadn't expected to ever leave Kakucho. You saw yourself spending your life with him, but you couldn't escape the image of him passing away, of his life ending far sooner than it ever should have. You didn't think you'd have the strength to bury him. You loved him too much for that. Maybe it was best to leave him now, before it only hurt more to watch him go.
Through your tears you heard a noise. It was quiet and distant but you could still make it out. Your phone was ringing. You barely had the energy to hunt for it, but you did nonetheless. You ran into the living room and dug around in your bag. By the time you found your phone the call had ended, but you could still see the notification - it was a missed video call....from Kakucho.
Something about that infuriated you. Could he not tell that you wanted to be alone, that you needed time to think, to make a decision?
I was just thinking about you.
You took a deep breath and slowly let it go. You couldn't help but feel like an asshole now. He was hurting just as much as you were. He loved you just as much as you loved him.
You redialed, calling him back. The line rang only twice before he answered.
"Hey, baby. I-I'm sorry." His voice was soft and sad, "You're right. I shouldn't have expected you to handle everything on your own. If things were the other way around- if-if you were hurt I don't know what I'd do. I-I understand if you...well, if you still want to leave."
You felt like you were picking up the pieces of your heart all over again. You were right, you hadn't even expected to leave Kakucho, so why did you think that should change? You knew all along that wasn't truly what either of you wanted.
"Kakucho, I- I'm coming home."
"Home? Baby, I thought you already went home?"
"No, I mean I'm coming back to you. I-I shouldn't have left like that. I knew what I was getting into when I got with you and I have no intention of backing out now, okay?"
Kakucho smiled, "I'm stuck with you then I guess?"
You laughed, "Yeah. You're stuck with me."
"Well, I wouldn't have it any other way. Now hurry up and come over so I can make it all up to you."
The two of you were never going to have all the answers, but you were going to be there for each other time and time again, to clean up each and every cut, to ice each and every bruise no matter what.
Prompt: based on this tiktok because it did something to me
Summary: You and Hanma have a big fight that ends with you storming out of his apartment and heading home. When he calls you later you think he may be ready to apologize, but he has other ideas.
Alternate Versions: Taiju. Kakucho. Koko. Izana.
CW: gn reader. cursing. mentions of drinking/getting drunk. pet names (baby). established relationship. possessive Hanma (with good reason). implied sexual content.
Sometimes you really don't understand who the fuck Hanma thinks he is.
He was always cocky when he didn't need to be, impulsive when it wasn't safe to be, and possessive whenever it suited him and it drove you crazy...but nothing topped tonight.
"I'm not asking. I'm telling you. You are staying here with me. You don't get to go."
"Excuse me?"
"You heard me, baby. You're not leaving the house tonight."
All you wanted was to go out with your friends, but Hanma was insistent that you had to stay home tonight, that you couldn't leave. And it would have pissed you off if it wasn't absolutely laughable that Hanma thought you were going to listen to him, as if he had any right to tell you what you could and couldn't do.
"Fuck you, Hanma."
Hanma screamed back at you, but you didn't listen. Before he could get so much as a full sentence out, you had grabbed your bag and you were out the door, in your car, and on the way to the bar to meet up with your friends.
Hanma was an idiot. He was on a fucking power trip if he thought he could make you stay home like that. So what if the last time you went out with your friends it ended with them feeding you shot after shot until you were sick? So what if they left you at the bar to take care of yourself while they continued drinking? This time wasn't going to be that way. That was a one off. Hanma was worrying for nothing.... At least, you had hoped that was the case, but you realized all too quickly that you were wrong.
You were four shots and two drinks deep when you realized your friends were showing no signs of stopping. Your fifth shot slid down your throat when you realized you were going to be sick, and thirty minutes later when you were circling the bar looking for your friends only to realize they had definitely left you again, you realized Hanma was right, and that you should have stayed home with him tonight.
There was a part of you that wished you had listened, but there was a much larger part of you that was still pissed, so when Hanma tried to call you five minutes later you just sat and watched the phone ring until the call declined.
God, he was insufferable.... but he was so right.
Maybe it was the alcohol talking, maybe it was the rage, but all you wanted right now was to be at home with Hanma, showing him just what a fun night you both could have had if he hadn't been such a prick earlier. So, you gave in and you called him.
"Come pick me up. Now."
You could hear Hanma laugh on the other end of the line, "Hmm, so I was right? You did miss me, huh?"
"Fuck you, Hanma."
"That can be arranged, baby. Don't move. I'm on the way."
The line clicked and you waited for Hanma oh-so patiently at the bar, promising yourself that if you heard even one "I told you so" from him that you'd walk out again...but you knew full well that you wouldn't. You knew instead you'd get in his car and let him take you home where he'd show you a much better time than your friends ever could, and he'd probably tell you "I told you so" a hundred times, but you'd let him and you'd like it.
His car pulled up at the bar within minutes and you opened the passenger door and flopped down into the seat. Hanma grabbed ahold of your face, turning you to face him, gripping your jaw tight.
"Next time you're going to listen to me, right?"
You nodded and Hanma smiled. He leaned in and placed a kiss on your lips, slow and deep, making you realize what a mistake you'd made to ever leave his side in the first place, sealing the deal that you'd never do it again.
The last thing you expected when you were called into the conference room right after your shift had ended was a surprise party, but what was exactly what you got. You were shocked that anyone even remembered your birthday, let alone your favorite colors (the icing flowers on the cake were clearly chosen with you in mind), but it seemed you had made more of an impression than you had thought in your six months with the company.
"You guys really didn't have to do this. Thank you all so much!"
Your entire team was there to celebrate, to eat cake, to drink. The company had hired a mobile bartender, there were snacks and cheesy party hats. It was beautiful and so thoughtful, but it shocked you.
It wasn't that you thought your team didn't like you, but you could hardly believe that they would spend so much on just one employee's birthday. Surely this wasn't a company standard. This company had at least a hundred employees. They would have to shell out a ridiculous amount of money every year just to celebrate birthdays. As kind as it was, it didn't make any sense financially and-
"Hello, beautiful."
You were lost in thought, but the moment you saw him the expensive party, and the cake, and the bar just for you suddenly all made sense.
"Hello, Mr. Haitani."
Ran smiled as you lifted your hand, placing a kiss on your knuckles, "I've told you before, just call me Ran."
Your first several months working for the company you had never even met Ran Haitani - nor had you met any of the other higher ups, though you had heard a lot about them. According to your coworkers they were aggressive, rude, cocky, they demanded perfection, they were difficult to talk to. Your coworkers had told you that it was luck that you had never met any of them, but the first time you met Ran he was absolutely nothing like you had heard.
Ran was patient and kind. He took care of you and went out of his way to make sure you were comfortable and happy at work. If you needed anything at all, work related or otherwise, he was there for you.
Your friends had this crazy idea that he treated you that way because Ran had feelings for you, but you were sure that wasn't true. After all, you were married and Ran knew this. He was just being welcoming. He just wanted to be a good boss and make sure you were happy. There was no ulterior motive....at least, you had thought that was the case, until you first heard Ran refer to himself as your "work husband."
You had overheard him say it a couple times to his brother, and there was a part of you that thought it might be best to pull him aside and ask him to stop. After all, it wasn't exactly appropriate...but there was another part of you, one you didn't like to admit existed, that really really liked the attention and over the past few months that part of you had only grown and grown.
"Are you having a good birthday, baby?" Ran leaned in close and whispered in your ear as you handed you a glass.
"Y-Yeah I am. Thank you for all of this." You said, gesturing to the party, "I assume this was all your idea at least."
Ran smiled, "Of course it was. Anything for you, baby. You deserve it."
There it was again - that voice in your head that loved to hear him all call you that. Baby. You shouldn't have, and you knew that, but you loved it. You could never let your face show it though. You never gave any indication to Ran that you enjoyed his affections, even now after he had put in all this effort to make you happy. You just couldn't.
"Do you want to get some cake?" You asked, gesturing back to the table in the corner where your beautiful cake sat, untouched.
Ran nodded and you quickly turned towards the table and took a step, only to slam into one of your coworkers who was standing far closer to you than you had anticipated.
"Oh my god I am so sorry! I didn't mean to do that." There was a look of horror on her face as she apologized, and for a moment you weren't certain why she was so upset, until you looked down at your shirt.
Her entire glass of red wine has spilt all over you when you ran into each other.
Your eyes scanned the room looking around for napkins, paper towels...anything you could use to try and soak up some of the wine, but you came up short.
"Hey," suddenly you felt Ran's hands on your shoulders, "Let's get you out of here and clean that up."
Before you could respond Ran turned you back around towards the door, walked you down the hallway, and into his office.
"R-Ran you really didn't have to do this. It's the end of the day, I could just go home and take care of the stain it's ok-"
"No no absolutely not." Ran smiled, "Your party just started. You can't go home yet."
Ran walked over to the cabinet that stood along the wall near his desk and opened it. Inside were a couple of suits on hangers. Ran removed one and finagled the white button up top out from under the suit jacket and handed it to you.
"Here. You can wear this for now."
"Oh- Uh, thank you, Mr. Haitani."
You reached out to take the top from his hand. Ran let go of the top with one hand and grabbed ahold of your wrist with the other.
"Ran, beautiful. Ive told you that a hundred times now."
Ran's voice was low and quiet, hardly above a whisper, almost as if he didn't want anyone to hear him ask you to be so personable with him, but there wasn't a soul around. You and Ran were far down the hall from the party where every single one of your coworkers were. You were completely alone with him now.
"Ran." You whispered back and he smiled.
"Can I help you with your shirt?" He asked, letting your wrist go and extending his hands out to your stained blouse.
The voice in your head was screaming, begging you to remain silent, to let him undo the buttons, to let him see you, all of you. But before you could even debate it, Ran had his hands on the top button. And you knew that if you asked him to stop he would not hesitate to do so. Ran liked you, yes, and he wanted this, but he had always been patient with you when you told him that he was taking things too far, that he was being inappropriate.
For a brief moment, Ran hesitated even, almost like he had expected you to do what you always did and ask him to stop. But instead, despite your best judgment, you looked Ran dead in the eye and nodded and the smirk that came across Ran's face was criminal.
God he was beautiful. It was all you could think about as he undid the buttons of your shirt, down past the wine stain, down past your breasts, until your blouse was completely undone.
"Take it off." He whispered, and you did as he asked.
"Turn around." He said, and you did that too.
You extended your arms, and Ran gently put your hands into the sleeve and pulled the top up over your shoulders. You turned around to face him, but Ran wasn't looking you in the eye. He was staring directly at your chest.
"You're so beautiful, you know that?" Ran smiled, and whispered, "I'm a lucky guy to have a work wife as beautiful as you, baby."
Ran's office was dark and still and dead quiet, so quiet you could practically hear your pounding heartbeat out of your chest. Your mind raced and your face felt hot - so hot - until Ran's hand came up to caress your jaw line and a cold chill ran down your spine.
Ran took two steps forward, walking you back against the wall. His left hand grabbed the wall, his right held your face, trapping you in.
"Can I kiss you? Please."
You had expected Ran to ask, but you hadn't expected him to sound so desperate when he did. It made your knees weak.
"R-Ran you know you can't. You shouldn't. I-I'm married."
Ran smiled, leaning in so close you could feel his breath on your skin, his teeth grazing your ear, "I don't mind sharing."
Ran lowered his head, letting his teeth graze your neck, "Please." He whispered, placing a gentle kiss to your neck.
"I-I-"
"I'll make you feel so good, baby. Let me make you feel good." Ran placed another kiss to your neck, "It's your birthday. You deserve it, baby."
You couldn't stand it anymore. It was wrong, but that voice in the back of your head was begging you to grab a hold on his face and kiss him, and you found that you couldn't ignore it any longer, so you didn't.
Ran melted into your kiss, biting your lip and slipping his tongue between your teeth. He needed you as much as you needed him, so he wasted no time working his hand around your waist to the back of your skirt and finding the zipper.
Within seconds your skirt was on the floor and his knee was working its way up the wall until it found your crotch. Ran didn't have to say a word. You were swaying back and forth, your hips grinding into him within seconds as he worked his way down your neck again, kissing and sucking on it, likely leaving marks that you wouldn't know how to explain later.
Ran's hands worked their down to the zipper on his own pants, quickly pulling it down. You could see the outline of his cock through his underwear now, and you groaned into his lips as he kissed you once more.
"You've got me so hard, baby. You always make me so hard."
Ran moved his knee, making space for his hand to come down between your legs. He slipped your underwear to the side and ran his fingers through your wet folds. Slowly he slipped his fingers inside you, thrusting and spreading you apart, and hitting every good spot along the way.
"Can I put it in, baby, please. God, I need to put it in."
This time you didn't have to think about it. You didn't hesitate to nod, "Yes. Please, Ran."
There it was again - that deadly smile. God, he was so so beautiful. There was nothing Ran couldn't convince you of with a smile like that. He could make you do anything.
Ran didn't waste any time. The moment you said yes, his hand reached into his pants, pulling out his cock. And he was right, he was so hard for you. You could feel just how hard he was when his cock pressed up against your entrance.
"Tell me if it hurts, beautiful." And it did, but it hurt so good. His cock stretched you out in all the right ways, and when he started moving he had you seeing stars.
His thrusts were quick and calculated. He sucked on your neck and kissed your breasts as he pounded into you and there was some sick part of your brain that had to stop you from telling him that you loved him, because, god, he just felt so so right inside of you.
"My baby. My beautiful wife." He mumbled into your neck as he kissed you.
"God, I'm gonna cum." You shouted, and you swore you could feel his teeth on your neck as he smiled. God, he had you right where he wanted you all along.
Your hands reached up, gripping his hair as you came on him, and you groaned when he pulled out of you quick and came all over your stomach in turn.
Your grip on him was so tight. You couldn't let go, wrapped up in the ecstasy and pleasure, wrapped up in the weight of what you had done.
Ran wrapped his arms around you, slowly lowering you both to the ground and holding you, letting you rest in his arms. He kissed your cheeks and your temples and he laughed.
"Happy birthday, beautiful."
You wrapped your arms around him tighter, feeling both the pit in your stomach weigh you down and hearing that little voice in your head scream in joy simultaneously.
You knew this would happen if you let him tempt you - you knew you'd fall for him, but it had been quicker than you'd cared to admit. You knew it would be all consuming, but you hadn't pictured just how much you'd love it. You were addicted to him now, no longer immune to his charms.
"Thank you, Mr. Haitani."
"Please don't call me that." Ran said with a smile, his hands coming up to grip your face before he leaned in close and whispered, "Unless you're trying to get me hard again, beautiful."

Prompt: how possessive would the tokyo revengers boys actually be?
Summary: this is a topic I'm passionate about, you could say....because I think most of the tokyo revengers boys are probably a bitttttt crazy (thinking about writing oneshots about this if y'all are interested)
CW: drabble. gn reader. established relationship. possessive boys...to a semi unhealthy extent. brief mentions of violence.
Hanma ⋆✴︎˚。⋆
Hanma likes to have you all to himself. He doesn't like when you go anywhere without him. You want to go to the bar? He's going with you. You need to go to the store? He wants to go with you. It's not that you can't go out on your own, but Hanma prefers to be with you, to make sure you're safe, to make sure no one's going to touch you but him. Because you're his and he needs to make sure everywhere you go everyone knows it.
Kakucho ⋆✴︎˚。⋆
Kakucho is likely one of the most normal of the bunch. For the most part, Kakucho trusts you to go out, to be yourself, to meet new people. He doesn't get jealous often...but there's something about the other Tenjiku members talking to you that really rubs him the wrong way. He can't stand it, actually. It's an insecurity and he knows this, but it doesn't make him hate it any less. Kakucho avoids letting you and them in the same room as much as possible. They shouldn't get to be near you, to talk to you. You're his, not theirs.
Kazutora ⋆✴︎˚。⋆
Kazutora is a big baby behind closed doors. He doesn't like to share you with others, especially when those others push boundaries. You're his, after all. No one else needs to be thinking about you, looking at you, touching you. When someone does, Kazutora keeps his frustrations to himself until you both get home, and when you get back he's instantly whiny until you give him the attention he deserves.
Koko ⋆✴︎˚。⋆
Koko is a problem. Koko doesn't like you leaving his side and if you absolutely have to, he needs to know where you are every second. He's needy and possessive beyond all reason. He knows you aren't going anywhere, that you don't want anyone else, but he can't help it. When Koko knows what he wants he finds a way to keep it, and all he wants is your attention, so he isn't going to let anyone else have it.
Mikey ⋆✴︎˚。⋆
Mikey does not share well. The thought of anyone else looking at you, approaching you, touching you... absolutely not. Mikey wouldn't be pushy if it did happen. He wouldn't pull you away or make a scene, but suddenly he'd become very touchy. He'd be glued to your side the rest of the night. His arms would be wrapped around you as often as they could be, because he would need everyone to know that you were his and no one else could have you.
Ran ⋆✴︎˚。⋆
Ran is not as bad as you'd think. When you need him, he is always going to be there. He isn't going to let anyone mess with you or make you uncomfortable, and if they do he won't hesitate to mess them up. He has fought for you and will do it time and time again if you need, but Ran isn't very possessive. He has you, and he knows this and he's comfortable in it. Despite all things, he doesn't get jealous. Sharing is caring as they say...and you may say Ran wouldn't even mind sharing you ~
Rindou ⋆✴︎˚。⋆
Rindou has major issues with envy. He always has. If he wants something he has to have it and if he sees someone else get it before him or, god forbid if he sees someone try to take what's already his that he's worked so hard for, he becomes an entirely different person. When Rindou's with you he is patient, kind, and understanding, but the moment someone he does not know tries to talk to you, to flirt with you, to touch you he becomes angry, aggressive, and assertive. It's almost scary to watch how quickly that switch can flip, but you know Rindou is always going to be there for you, that no one is ever going to hurt you because Rindou couldn't stop himself from standing up for you if he tried.
Taiju ⋆✴︎˚。⋆
Taiju is psychotic. You go out on your own. You live your own life. Taiju doesn't lock you up and keep you away from everyone. But if he ever gets a hint that someone is bothering you or making a pass at you, if he sees someone staring at you, he's going to make them wish they had never been born. Taiju is violent, he's aggressive, he's mean. He says that he does it for you, that he's just keeping you safe. But you know deep down that Taiju just fears that you'll leave him, that you'll find someone else.
Prompt: he leaves you alone for just a moment only to come back and find someone hitting on you.
Summary: Ran leaves you for just a minute to finish up a meeting and comes back to find the new guy flirting with you.
Alternate Versions: Hanma. Rindou. Mikey. Taiju.
CW: she/her reader, mild cursing. pet names (sweetheart, baby). established relationship (you're his wife ♡).
As scary as it should be, you loved going to work with Ran. Of course, you were not there when he was "working" - you didn't witness any violence or anger, a hand was not raised in your sight, not a weapon in sight. No, you went to the office with Ran - to the business Tenjiku ran as a front for their gang, and you had always felt comfortable there. In a way, it felt like home getting to see the peaceful side of what they do.
Ran had his own office, and sometimes you would stop by in the middle of the day and bring him lunch. Today, you thought it might be a good idea to do so. After all, Ran had been out the door so quickly that morning he hadn't got to eat at all. He'd likely appreciate lunch. However, when you stopped by, making your way up the elevator to the tenth floor, and walking down the hall to Ran's office, he was nowhere to be seen. The office door was closed and the lights were off. Ran wasn't here.
It wasn't really that unlike him. After all, this wasn't really Ran's job. This was a front. You knew that. So it was likely Ran was out doing something else, and that was okay.... disappointing, but okay.
You decided you'd just head back home and make sure he had something special for dinner, until he stopped you on your way back to the elevator.
"Hello, gorgeous. Are you new around here?"
You had never seen this man before. He was tall and thin, wearing a suit and a tie, a lanyard hung around his neck with the company name on it. He wasn't part of Tenjiku. He worked for the company.
"Oh, I was just heading ou-"
You tried to turn back to the elevator, but before you could move the man had his arm around you, and he was dragging you back to the office.
"Oh come onnn. You can't have lunch alone. Let me give you a tour around, gorgeous, and we can eat lunch together. What'd you say?"
His grip on your arm was tight. You tried to pull away but you couldn't. He kept dragging you forward, past Ran's office and further down the hall. Where was he taking you? What did he want to show you? You walked further into the building where all the employee cubicles sat, and finally he let you go.
"This is where all the interns work. I haven't seen you around here before." He leaned in closed, his hand caressing your face, "Where did they put a beautiful thing like you at that I haven't seen yet, huh?"
"Hey!" You heard a door slam behind you and you turned. It was Ran. He had been in the building the entire time. You hadn't even thought to check the conference rooms, but that's where he was, in a meeting with Tenjiku.
The intern stood up straight. Instantly you could tell he was nervous. His entire demeanor changed. His hands were away from you and at his sides in seconds.
"Y-Yes, Mr. Haitani?"
Ran came closer, "What the fuck do you think you're doing dragging my wife around? Who gave you permission to do that?"
You could practically see the sweat dripping down the man's brow, "Y-Your wife, sir?"
"Yeah, she's my wife, dumbass. And if you want to keep your internship here I suggest you don't fuckin' touch her again, understood?"
The man couldn't even look at Ran. His gaze was turned towards the floor, his voice was nothing more than a whisper. He was nervous, embarrassed, "Yes, Mr. Haitani."
"Good." Ran turned away from the intern and wrapped an arm around you dragging you away from the intern and back towards his office.
"Are you alright, baby? Did he hurt you?" Ran stood close, his hand caressing your cheek.
You shook your head, "No, he didn't hurt me, Ran. I'm alright. He just- He just kept dragging me around and his grip was tight I couldn't- I couldn't walk away."
Ran wrapped his arms around you and pressed a kiss to your forehead, "I'm sorry, sweetheart. But he won't do that again." Suddenly, Ran's eyes dropped to your hands and he smiled, "Sweetheart, did you bring me lunch?"
You nodded and extended your hands, "You didn't eat this morning so I thought I'd bring you something to eat, but you weren't in your office."
Ran took a key out from his pocket and unlocked the office door. He pushed the door open and flipped the lights on, "Why don't you go inside while I finish my meeting and I can eat with you when I'm done. How does that sound, baby?"
You nodded and Ran wrapped his arm around you, guiding you into the office and walking you to the couch.
"Stay here for me, sweetheart. I'll be back soon."
He left you with another kiss on the cheek before he closed the door behind him. You could hear the lock turn. You were safe here. No one was going to bother you again. Ran made sure of that. He always made sure of that, and he always would.
Prompt: he leaves you alone for just a moment only to come back and find someone hitting on you.
Summary: You're out having drinks with a friend when all the sudden you get unwanted company and have to call Taiju for help.
Alternate Versions: Ran. Rindou. Mikey. Hanma.
CW: she/her reader. mild cursing. mild descriptions of violence. mild descriptions of drinking. pet names (baby, angel). established relationship.
It was supposed to be a good night out. Finally, you and your friends had managed to find a night you were all free. It was the first time in months, and you were beyond excited. Tonight was for you and your girls....and it did start that way.
The beginning of the night was a blast. But part way into the night you noticed him. There was a man - at first, he sat at the end of the bar, watching you but never saying a word. Then, you and your friends made your way to the dance floor and within minutes he was there too, watching. He never said a word but, wherever you and your group went, he seemed to be close by.
When you and your friends decided to move to a new bar down the road, you thought you had lost him. After all, who was crazy enough to stalk someone from one bar to another? But just as your night was coming to an end and you and your friends had said their goodbyes, he was there.
You were alone when you noticed him. Of course, he had decided to wait until you were alone, and you didn't want to figure out why. Your heart was pounding. Your hands were shaking. You tried to convince yourself that it was a coincidence, but every corner you rounded he followed you around. He was following you....and you we're all alone.
Taiju.
You weren't sure why you hadn't thought about it before, but the moment you did your phone was in your hands and you were dialing his number.
Pick up, Taiju. Please pick up.
"Angel? What's wrong?"
He picked up the line almost immediately. You knew he was busy, that his life was hectic and you respected that. But that also meant that when you called him, he knew it was for a good reason. He knew you needed help. You could hear the concern in his voice immediately.
"Taiju, there's- there's this guy."
"What guy? Where are you?"
You glanced behind you. Of course, he was still there. Some part of you hoped he would give up when he heard you were on the phone with someone. But to him it didn't seem to matter.
As if on que you heard him shout at you for the first time all night, "Hey, beautiful. Hey! Where 'ya going?"
"He's been following me. Taiju, I-I don't know what to do ."
"Don't do anything, Baby. Ignore him and keep walking. I'm on the way to get you, okay?"
In the background you could hear him moving - you heard him grab his keys, you heard the car door open and the car start. He stayed on the phone with you the entire time, but it wasn't long before you could see his car speeding down the road and screeching to a halt in front of you.
Taiju stepped out, and you could see the look of panic in his eyes as he reached out to grab you. He pulled you in close to make sure you were safe, but the moment he knew you were his attention was away from you and on him.
"Hey, man. Are you the one that's been following my girl?"
You looked behind you. The man was still there but he didn't look as confident now. His eyes were wide. He looked ready to run. He was finally feeling the fear you had all night.
"Man, I-I didn't kno-"
Taiju guided you to the car, "Stay here, Angel. I just need to have a quick word with this guy."
You did as he asked, because you knew what was coming next. All you heard before he closed the door behind you was, "You've got some fuckin' nerve following her around like that "
You closed your eyes to the rest, knowing that Taiju was going to take care of you, that he was going to make sure you were safe, and that this guy wouldn't bother you again. You could hear his voice though. He was sharp, angry. He voice was enough to make you anxious. You couldn't imagine what the man on the receiving end of it was feeling, but whatever it was you knew he deserved it. So you closed your eyes to what Taiju was doing and when Taiju returned to the car with blood on his knuckles you chose ignore it.
Taiju reached out to you, grabbing ahold of your face, "Are you sure you're alright, baby? He didn't hurt you did he?"
You shook your head, "N-No, Taiju. He never touched me, I swear. He-He just scared me."
"I know, Angel. I know. But you did a good job calling me. You did the right thing." Taiju leaned in, placing a kiss to your cheek, "Don't scare me like that again. Next time, call me from the bar, baby. I'll pick you up there, okay?"
You were quick to nod and that was all the confirmation Taiju needed. He turned his key and the car started. Taiju pulled away, heading towards home. He took your hand in his and placed a kiss on your knuckles. You ignored the blood on his, knowing that it was because of it that you were safe tonight and that you'd be safe every night from here on out.
Prompt: he leaves you alone for just a moment only to come back and find someone hitting on you.
Summary: Mikey takes you on a ride on his bike. He thinks he's safe to leave you alone while he goes inside a gas station to grab a snack...he very quickly learns he is wrong.
Alternate Versions: Ran. Rindou. Hanma. Taiju.
CW: she/her reader. mild violence. pet names (baby). established relationship.
It's such a beautiful day out. It's warm, and there's nothing more Mikey likes to do on a day like this than take you out on his bike.
Your rides usually aren't long. Maybe twenty minutes of cruising around town at the most, but you could tell something was weighing on Mikey today. The two of you had been out for 45 minutes, only stopping after Mikey got hungry.
"Let's stop at this gas station up here. They've got taiyaki."
Mikey pulled the bike over and parked it in front of the station. He left you with a kiss on the cheek after asking what he could grab you from inside, and without another word he was gone. It was unlike him to go inside without you, but Mikey had a lot on his mind, you could tell. So you let him go. After all, it wasn't like he would be gone long enough for anything to happen....at least, you had thought that was the case.
Mikey was gone for no less than a minute before he approached you, and immediately you could tell he was going to be trouble.
"Hey, baby. Nice bike!"
"Oh, uhh- thanks."
You hoped if you quickly responded he would be on his way, but your response wasn't enough for him. He kept getting closer.
"I've never seen a beautiful girl like you on a bike like this. Maybe you should let me take it for a ride."
You were silent, but the man took that silence as an invitation to lean in closer, to put his hand on Mikey's bike, to put his hand on you.
"I'll buy 'ya dinner if you let me. What do 'ya say?"
Your heart began to pound. Why was he so close? Why was his hand touching your face? Why couldn't he just leave you alone?
"Hey," Mikey's voice was sharp. It cut through the nerves rising around you and gave you peace, "That's mine. Why are you touching?"
The man, so suddenly, was quick to step away from you and take his hands off the bike. He smiled, "Hey man. Sorry. I didn't realize the bike was yours."
Mikey stepped in close, wrapping an arm around your back and leaning his head on your shoulder, "I wasn't talking about the bike. You were touching my girl."
Mikey placed a kiss on your cheek and handed you the snacks he had picked up inside, "I don't like to share. Why were you touching my girl?"
"L-Like I said, man. I didn't realize the bike was yours, or the girl. I didn't mean any harm."
The man tried to step away, but with every step he took Mikey took another step closer, "Well you did cause harm. You scared her. So I want you to apologize."
"A-Apologize?"
You almost felt bad for the man when Mikey lunged forward, grabbing his jacket and dragging him forward.
"Yes, I want you to apologize to my girl for scaring her."
The man was scared. The words spilled out of his mouth so fast you could hardly understand the apology, but you didn't dare complain. You knew Mikey would make things worse if you did.
Mikey let him go when he saw you were satisfied. He smiled, so bright you'd hardly know he had been upset seconds before, "Thank you! Now, go."
Without hesitation Mikey turned his attention to you, entirely ignoring that the man had ever existed.
"I got you a snack, baby. Should we head home?"
Before you could say a word, Mikey slid in front of you onto the bike and turned the key. He reached out and took your hand, guiding you behind him.
"Hold on tight!" He said with a smile, then Mikey whipped out of the parking lot leaving the man in the dust as if he had not been the bane of Mikey's existence just minutes before.
If nothing else you knew that Mikey's jealousy would keep you safe, because there wouldn't be a single man who could have your attention without Mikey stepping in to intervene. After all, no one was allowed to touch Mikey's girl or his bike.

He always does this to you, and it's starting to make you mad.
At first, you were understanding. After all, being part of Tenjiku - kanagawa's largest delinquent group - didn't come at a small price. Rindou's life was dangerous, it was unpredictable, and it was busy. So it stood to reason that, on occasion, he was going to have to leave you to your own devices while he took care of business...but he didn't have to do it like this.
He always promised he would take you out, that the two of you would drink and dance, and then go home and have your own fun. But Rindou got distracted every single time.
Tenjiku had a bar that they called their home. When there wasn't work to be done, that's where they were spending their free time. It was Rindou's home too, and that's why he always insisted on taking you there when it was time to go out and drink. It was where he was comfortable, where the people he trusted the most hung out. But that was just the problem - they were always there.
The moment Izana or Hanma or Kisaki or Rin saw Rindou sitting at the bar it was game over. Your night was ruined and he was getting pulled back into work. And it happened again tonight, like it had every other weekend.
"Something came up, baby. They need me for just a moment, alright? I'll be back soon."
It was unlikely he'd be back soon, but you nodded nonetheless and let him go. You thought it would be fine; just another night of drinking alone until Rindou was ready to take you home so he could get back to work. But, this time, you weren't alone for long.
"A pretty thing like you shouldn't be drinking alone. Mind if I sit down?"
He was tall, handsome, and confident. But you knew everyone in Tenjiku and you didn't know this guy.
"Oh, actually I'm waiting on-"
The man took a seat anyway. He asked to be polite, but he didn't want to hear your answer.
"This is my first time in here, but if pretty girls like you like to hang out here I may just become a regular."
You figured as much. Anyone who had been here before understood that this was Tenjiku's bar. Non-members were welcome to come and to hangout, but they had better know who the members were and who their girls were and, if they wanted to stick around long, they had better mind their business. This guy hadn't got the memo yet.
"That's nice of you, but-"
"Let me get you something to drink, sweetheart."
He wasn't going to let you get a word in. You knew this guy's type - he liked you because you were pretty, but he didn't want to get to know you, and he didn't want you to speak.
He waved the bartender over and ordered you both a shot. You looked around the room for any sign of Rindou, but, as expected, he was nowhere to be seen. He was busy, even when you needed him most.
The bartender returned, two shot glasses in hand. She placed one down in front of you and one in front of him. He thanked her, and then turned to you.
He smiled as he extended out his hand and placed it on your knee, "You know, if you'd like, I can show you a real good time tonight."
Your heart began to pound. You expected him to at least buy you a couple drinks before he made any sort of move, but he moved quicker than you had expected.
"Like I was trying to say earlier, I'm actually waiting on someone. So I don't think that's such a good id-"
He scooted his chair chooser and his hand slowly made its way from your knee to your thigh, "Sweetheart, I don't see anyone around. He may not be coming, but I can take good care of ya in his place. What do you say?"
You could feel tears welling up in your eyes. He may not be coming. You hoped and you prayed that he was wrong, but it didn't seem like he was. Rindou was busy. He wasn't coming back for you.
You placed your hand on his, trying to push it away. You wanted him gone. You wanted him to stop touching you. But he doubled down, wrapping his hand around your wrist instead.
"Come onnn, sweetheart. Let's get out of here. What do you say?"
You stood, pulling yourself so hard away from him that you stumbled back. You shut your eyes, preparing to make impact with the floor, but instead you ran into something solid.
"I-I'm sorry." You said, turning around to apologize to whoever you had run into, but when you saw who it was your heart skipped a beat.
"Hi, baby." Rin whispered as he placed his arms on your shoulders, helping you regain your balance, "Sorry I left you for so long. Who's your new friend?"
You looked back at the stranger at the bar, only to see his eyes had gone wide. He was silent.
"Funny, you were so talkative to my girl before, and now you don't want to say anything."
"I-I didn't realize this was your girl."
"Funny, because I could have sworn I heard her tell you that I was on my way back. If you had listened to her and left after she said that I wouldn't have a problem, but you didn't. Instead you scared her."
"I didn't mean to-"
Rindou let go of you and took two steps closer to the stranger. Rindou leaned in and the man flinched.
"You're new here, so I'm gonna give you a break. I'm not gonna hurt you, but you better apologize to her." The man stood perfectly still. You could tell he was scared, but Rindou didn't care. He didn't want to wait. Rindou walked behind him, grabbing ahold of his hair and dragging him toward you, "Apologize to her. Now."
"I-I'm sorry. I'm sorry."
"See that wasn't so hard, was it?" Rindou smiled and he let him go, "Now get out of here."
Before Rindou could say another work the man stood and ran for the door. Rindou was at your side the next second, pulling you in close.
"He didn't hurt you did he, baby?"
You shook your head and Rindou combed his hands through your hair. He kissed your forehead and wiped the tears from your eyes.
"I'm done working for the day. Let's go home, alright? Well spend the whole night together, just you and me."
You nodded, too stunned to speak. You had been scared, but Rindou could see that. That night you realized he saw everything. He was always going to be there for you, even when it seemed he was gone.

Prompt: he leaves you alone for just a moment only to come back and find someone hitting on you.
Summary: It's your birthday and Hanma wants to take you out to have a good time...then someone has to go and ruin it by flirting with you.
Alternate Versions: Ran. Rindou. Mikey. Taiju.
CW: she/her reader. mild violence, mild descriptions of alcohol/drinking/getting drunk. pet names (baby). established relationship.
It's your birthday, and Hanma wanted to celebrate. He wanted to drown you in adoration and love and absolutely nothing could keep him away from you....except for Kisaki.
You had known it was a bad idea pulling up to the very bar that Tenjiku called home when they wanted a break from the violence to get drunk out of their minds, but Hanma insisted.
"They treat us well there, baby. We can get you lots of free drinks."
And he was right, of course. The staff knew all of Tenjiku well, including Hanma. And they knew better than to deny Hanma a good time, and of course that extended to you as well. But you knew what going to the bar meant....it meant all of Tenjiku would be there, which means Hanma would very quickly be distracted.
He was kind enough to walk you to the bar, and to buy both of you a drink and a shot. When he actually managed to stick around long enough to take the shot with you, you thought you may have been in the clear. But then you heard Kisaki shout at Hanma in the distance, and you knew the moment that Hanma kissed you on the forehead and whispered "I'll be right back" into your ear that you'd be alone for a bit.
At first, it was fine. You didn't mind being alone. The bar was beautiful and the staff were kind and, Hanma was right, they were more than willing to give you free drinks. Everything was fine, until he showed up.
At first, you thought it was Hanma who put a hand on your shoulder. After all, this was Tenjiku's bar and you were Hanma's girl. No one was stupid enough to walk into Tenjiku's bar and touch something that didn't belong to them....except it wasn't Hanma's hand on your shoulder. It was a stranger - a stranger who was stupid enough to touch what didn't belong to him.
"Now who would be stupid enough to leave a beautiful thing like you all alone at the bar?" The stranger said, his hand slowly trailing down from your shoulder to your back.
You stood from your chair, quick to step away from his trailing hands. Where was Hanma? You needed to find hum. Quickly your eyes began to travel across the bar, but the crowd was large and you couldn't find him over them.
The stranger stepped closer. He reached out, putting his hand on your shoulder again, "Hey, what're you so scared of? I won't hurt 'ya." The man smiled, "Sit down. Let me get you a drink."
You were scared, that was a fact. But it wasn't the stranger you were scared of. No, you were scared for him.
"That's alright. Thank you though."
"Awh come on, sweetheart." The stranger looped around you. Both of his hands were on your shoulders now, slowly pushing you back into your seat at the bar, "I'll get you whatever you'd like. Don't worry about it."
The bartender made her way over, and you hoped and you prayed she would say something, anything to get him to go away before Hanma came back. But she didn't. She simply asked what he'd like to drink.
"Whisky, neat. Thanks." The stranger turned to you, "Tell her what you want."
"Really, I'm alright." You said, hoping he'd understand this time as you slowly turned to leave. But he didn't. Instead he grabbed your shoulder, and this time his grip was tighter.
You felt a chill make its way down your spine. He wasn't going to take no for an answer, and now you were becoming afraid of what his intention was with you.
"Just order." He said, "It's alr-"
Instantly, his grip loosened on you and his hand dropped. Hanma was back. His hand wrapped tight around the stranger's wrist.
"For your sake, I hope you're deaf, because I could have sworn I heard the lady say that she was uninterested." Hanma's grip tightened and the stranger groaned, "Twice."
Hanma let go, but before the man could say anything in his defense, Hanma kicked the leg of the chair out from under the stranger and watched him tumble to the ground. Eyes were turning now. People were watching.
Hanma crouched down to the floor and grabbed the man by the collar, "Ya see, I don't mind if someone wants to buy my girl a drink. It is her birthday, after all. She deserves it. What I do mind, is when my girl says 'no' and creeps like you have the nerve to touch her."
Hanma tightened his grip and, for a moment, you worried he would take this as an opportunity for a fight. But instead, Hanma let go of the man's collar and leaned it close.
"You're lucky it's my girls birthday, or we could be far from done here. But she'd want me to let you go and, today, she gets everything she wants."
Hanma stood up and walked over to you. He wrapped an arm around your waist and placed another on your face.
"You alright, baby?"
You leaned into Hanma's touch. You were happy he showed up to save you and even happier that he stopped just before taking it too far.
Behind him you could see the stranger standing up and slowly adjusting his now wrinkled shirt. For a brief moment he made eye contact with you, but he was quick to walk away. He was embarrassed, you could tell, and it served him right.
"I'm okay now."
Hanma smiled, "Good." He leaned in close, pressing a kiss to your cheek, "I think I owe you an apology. It seems like it was a bad idea to come here. You were right, baby. How about we get out of here and celebrate somewhere else?"
Before you could even answer, Hanma grabbed you by the hand dragging you through the crowd and out the front door, with a big smile painted across his face.
You had a feeling Hanma wasn't going to let you out of his sight again, and you were going to enjoy every second of it.
