By commissioning me or buying adoptable, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. You also must be 18 years old and older to commission me.
Before purchasing a commission, commissioner and I discuss our commission plan, references, etc. Then goes full prepayment ( be sure that you are capable of paying for my work because I don't do refunds after sketch) I show every step from sketch to the finished product, so i would stay in contact with the commissioner and they can see the progress.
I reserve the right to deny the commission request if it makes me uncomfortable or if required rules were ignored.
I need to have a good connection with a commissioner so the we could discuss any details, changes of the commission and etc. If commissioner ignores me I will deny/ refund a commission request. You can contact me via discord, DeviantArt notes or other social media.
Ccommissione will receive finished piece with and without watermark. But I still retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
After commissioning me you can use my art for personal use ( use it as a profile picture, profile banner, post in your social media with credits)
You can't sell my art, claim it as yours, use it as nft, use AI on my art or modify it in any way.
Commercial use details can be discussed privately.
