Jesse rolls his eyes, playfully at his friend’s relentlessness. There really wasn’t much to talk about, in terms of this boy. But he bites, anyway. “I mean, we slept together,” He begins, pausing mid sentence once again to take a hit. He was too sober for this. “and I made breakfast in the morning. It was cute. But it’s not gonna work out. Don’t think he’s really the relationship type.” He adds, softly sighing at the end of his sentence. “And I don’t need that kiss, you’re a lesbian and I’m not attracted to you.” He laughs a lot heartier, this time. “But seriously, how’s the rest of your life going? Besides staring at pretty girl and not actually asking for her number?”

Riley clapped her hands happily at his words. “My boy got some! I’m so proud!” She cheered, letting out a laugh. She propped herself up on her arm, resting her head on her hand. “So he’s like me then. Yeah best not to get close to that type. You are too cute to get your heat broken. Plus, I’d have to kick that guys ass if he did.” She couldn’t help but smile at how sweet of a person Jesse was. Why he picked her to be friends with, she wasn’t sure. “Oh yeah forgot about all that” She let out a small laugh, scooting over in the bed. “Come cuddle with me because I’m cold. Then we can talk more about my crush on a girl that’s out of my league. Also no hetero, I only want platonic cuddles.”

Jesse twists his mouth into some sort of contemplative frown, recalling any of the current love interests he was talking to at the moment. “I met this guy at Flynn’s,” he begins, referencing the only bar he frequents. “I spent the night at his house but it didn’t really work out.” He ends. Sleeping around wasn’t something that Jesse often does. It’s not because of a lack of interest, more of a lack of time, money, energy and people who find him attractive. He considers mentioning the girl who gave him her number at the bus stop but decides against it, since they haven’t even hung out yet. Jesse doesn’t tell people about crushes, only about people he’s actually gone on takes with. He pauses for a moment before taking another hit. “Anyway, school? Work?”

Riley lifted an eyebrow as she listened to Jess. Suddenly interested in this guy he was talking about. “Uh-uh you aren’t getting out of talking about this guy. Give me details on what happened.” She sat up keeping her eyes on him. “Didn’t work out as in you two didn’t get anywhere?” She asked, knowing very well what being invited to someone’s place meant. “Come on, give me something. I’m a girl I like to gossip!” She exclaimed looking up at him with a pout. “If you tell me I’ll give you a kiss.” She offered playfully.
