I love that everyone on tng enterprise are exes on good terms and everyone (like the main ones ya kno) on tos are people who are insane for each other but haven’t fucked yet like. Such different and specific queerplatonic vibes all around ya feel

This is literally so true; the TNG Enterprise have zero sexual tension but have all seen each other naked, whereas the TOS Enterprise crew are like "aliens keep forcing me to make out with the other bridge crew members, so now if I ask them out on a date it'll be awkward. I'll wait a month." And then next month it happens again.

Also not to bring picard back into it but he has not seen a single of his crew members naked. He is a man of a different generation and has NOT had sex
