not even joking i got to work yesterday after a huge mental battle and the first thing my manager says to me is “goodmorning (my name) did you just wake up?” in a fake cheery voice. it pissed me off so bad bc no i didn’t . i woke up earlyish for once and tried to be productive before getting here‼️‼️ my job is feeling harder by the day bc i have social anxiety which worsens when my mental health declines. (i can hardly look ppl in the eyes anymore) plus i have to talk to strangers allll day and try and sell them stuff. its also a bit physically taxing and i work with lazy, selfish ppl so i always have a bigger workload cuz i try to pick up their slack. i’m thinking i’ll have to quit soon. but the location is convenient and the hours are quiet flexible + i get paid basically everyday. i’m so burnt out and complain everyday at that joint🗣. i hate to be the negative energy in a place so i feel like i just need to remove myself and let them figure it out without me. i really care about the success of our store but my coworkers are only focused on themselves. 🤕 i’m about to cry just thinking of the fact that i work in 2hrs
