Do you hang out with your fellow coworkers?

Some of them. I hang out with Alexander from time to time, but we usually just text each other instead. We're both very busy, so we don't always have time to met up. Sometimes, when Im visit in Alexander, I also spend time with his roommates/friends.

I also used to visit Thomas, but I've had a lot of work recently, so we haven't seen each other for a while.

I spent a lot of time with Washington, but its mostly to discuss work stuff, so I doubt it would be considered "hanging out".

That's a very complicated question. My coworkers, for example, can be very nice, but most of the time they're just pain in ass. I think I actually enjoy my position, because the working conditions in other people's jobs are terrible. Maybe they'll be more bearable if they finally guarantee them good working conditions. But yes, I like being a manager, giving ideas, and develop projects. I just hope everyone would act as responsible adults, not five years old.

There are also very serious issues on the rig that I'm fighting for. One of them is environmental problem, because our rig doesn't met every ecological norms that it should. The second is pay gap, there are already so few women here, but also they get almost 24% less money than men.

As you can see, the situation is not the best, but we still try.

How does it feel being stuck with a bunch of idiots that you call “coworkers” everyday? And how do you deal with them?

Well, my coworkers are indeed a bunch of idiots. Sometimes it's not so bad, though, if they follow my instructions, the work goes smoothly. Certainly, most of them are witty and intelligent, or at least educated. The main problem, I'd say, is that each of them has their own idea of how the rig should work, and they rarely listen to me. I try to handle it calmly, but it's not always easy when we can't finish discussing one small issue because two people I won't call out now won't shut up. Sometimes I'm on the verge of burning the entire thing down. Honestly, I have no idea how I am staying sane.

Story Friday it is, then.

This isn’t something embarrassing that’s happened to me, but rather one of my coworkers. I don’t know the full story as I wasn’t there, but it was between Burr and Angelica. I assume Burr was trying to hit on Angelica in some way, so she got pissed and slapped him. I think Lafayette videoed it since he was there but I’m not sure. He said it was really funny. So yeah!!

Well, I don't really feel sorry for Burr. He deserved that. I told him I'm not interested multiple times. You'd think he'd get the hint after all of this time, but noooo.

I saw him go to the nurse afterwards. I hope he wasn't injured too badly.
