THE  TONE  SEREIA  CARRIES  elicits  laughter  from  carmen  that  dances  in  the  space  between  them.  she  asks  the  question  as  if  she  already  knows  her  friend's  answer  —  which,  admittedly,  she  probably  does.  carmen,  never  one  to  disappoint,  quirks  a  brow  inquisitively.  ❝ as  far  as  i'm  concerned,  having  class  tomorrow  is  all  the  more  reason  to  drink, ❞  they  chirp,  clinking  the  edge  of  their  own  glass  against  sereia's  before  raising  it  to  their  lips  once  more.  ❝ if  i'm  going  to  be  bored  out  of  my  mind  regardless,  i  might  as  well  be  hungover.  so  few  classes  hold  my  attention  anyways. ❞ ​
