Been awhile since that’s happened and yep still sucks.

I will really miss these perfect days where I am the only person around. So spoiled.

undoing yesterday’s carb swap because the issue was I had no one way check valve installed so the tank wasn’t pressurizing. I am an idiot.

Thought these were like 8 feet long not 8 inches, but they turned out to be the best pin solution yet.

I appreciate that they had the water level up for the holiday weekend, and to do that they made up for it by cutting down the flow the rest of the week. That’s fine I have the kayak for low water days, What I didn’t expect was how much further the water would drop while I was out there! Had to retract pedal power, use the paddles and still ran aground! Had to walk it to shore then carry to the trailer. Another moment I was wishing I had four wheel drive.

GMR was closed halfway so circled back and did Azusa canyon up to Crystal lake.
