Rhun trying to comfort a sick Jerome. A younger Jerome asking for forgiveness. The two of them focused on a long prayer (Rhun just repeats what he remembers and what the other whispers). From what I've read 'till now,they do not have any interactions at all I guess but from what I know brother Jerome seems to tolerate him more than any other young monk (except Columbanus).

I didn't quite know what to post until I went through my previous sketchbook once again.

More for this little prompt than the drawing itself, I've been thinking about how the young brother Rhun might be a comforting presence for brother Jerome, as in between all their differences he still finds in him a kind of solace.

The sketch (done at school) is supposed to show how after washing the laundry and putting it away, Rhun spots Jerome sitting all alone, lost in his own worried thoughts, and decides to keep him company for a few minutes.

I need to finish reading the rest of the books, I love the characters so much.

From the first book I already knew I would look out for his name in every next page.

Of course falling head over heels with the actor portraying him just made it feel right.

During free time at school, listening to "Ari's song" by Nico. I'll try looking forward to post more.

As soon as I saw teenager Julian Firth in this movie I already knew I was going to cry for him.
